This clean, comfortable two-bedroom condo is well-appointed AND offers a seasonal pool on site and three bikes to use. Enjoy a smart TV in den, second TV in master bedroom, both with cable. Master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, Bedroom 2 has four twin beds in bunk-style arrangement, and the den futon easily sleeps a 7th person for those with larger groups. Kitchen is ready for you to use, and the patio offers shaded seating and grill. Also included among the many amenities is coin laundry, ping-pong, and corn hole, all on condo association property, and a packnplay for little ones on request. The beautiful condo swimming pool is typically open April-October.

Great location, just a few small issues but that was because the master bedroom didn’t have any curtains or blinds to close to block out sunlight. Unfortunately was woken up by 7 every morning because of the sunrise, was hoping to get a few more hours of sleep in because vacation, but we survived

I’m a little baffled, my friend: 1. the room description clearly states that the guest bedroom is two sets of bunk beds, AND 2. the photos clearly show the room arrangements. But, hope you feel blessed anyway.

The place was great! Really appreciated the cleanliness and the accommodations that were available. Location was nice—providing a short drive/walk/bike ride to restaurants and shore. We would choose to stay there again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Had a great couple of days in the island and the condo was great. Very comfortable and fantastic location for getting around easily. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Great week on the island

Great location to everything we wanted to do. Complex is kept up very nice and the pool was amazing! Check in was very easy!

I loved the location, the cute retro diner table, the pool was super nice, beds were very comfortable. We came for my son’s 13th birthday and had a great long weekend! The only thing I will say is that the bikes that come free are a little rusty because they sit outside (covered). One of the bikes had a popped tire, however, there are places to rent bikes on the island that don’t cost too much and he and his friends that came with us loved being able to ride around the island for a couple of days. We love our SSI and we usually rent a house in east beach but we loved our short stay in this apartment! Also go try Fiddlers which is nearby…so good!

A gem in St Simon’s

We really enjoyed our week there. The location was great, less than 5 minute drive to beach and close to Pier Village. There was a nice shaded pool in the afternoon.

Great location! It is close to the beach. Not far from the village that has some restaurants and a few stores to browse. Also the lighthouse is right there. St Simon Island Crepes is definitely the place to try! The only thing I would say is, it may be time to invest into a few new bikes. It's awesome to have them available but they were definitely rusted and had bad tires. Other then that , it was a great place to stay. It was pretty peaceful. Would definitely rent this place again!

Mother Daughter Beach Trip

Perfect for our annual beach trip. Great recommendations from owners for local restaurants and sites. Loved being able to walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Great location!
