The State House, great restaurants and fantastic shopping are also a close distance. Located on historic East Street, you will also find yourself surrounded by important landmarks, popular seasonal events and an all around perfectly positive Annapolis energy. Whether you're in town for an event, a football game or just having crabs with friends in the backyard; this house is the perfect quintessential Annapolis getaway. *Note: As of October 1st, 2024, we unfortunately can no longer offer a parking pass. There are several overnight parking garages guests can chose use in walking distance to our home. *

The place was wonderfully located centrally to all of the best walking points. Will go back just to enjoy Annapolis!

Wonderful Home Close to USNA

This was a second visit to this rental. It is a wonderful home with equally wonderful owners who are responsive and helpful.We have already booked it for a third time!I highly recommend it.

Excellent choice

Great property in a great location. Quaint with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

Perfect for USNA Events

The location of this rental is AMAZING! Makes any event at USNA that much better as you can literally run back during the day or stop by to drop things on your way out into DTA. Perfect for a small family or two couples. 1.5bath is feasible as long as you stagger the showers. Washer/dryer is in main bath but didn’t cause any issues with us.

Fantastic location and comfortable!

This is a wonderful location, very close to the naval academy, downtown, Ego Alley (the boat shows). It's a well-maintained older home, and has everything we needed. Upstairs bathroom is particularly lovely, including a big bathtub, glass shower, two sinks and laundry. Kara is a wonderful host. Fourth year staying here for boat show, thanks again!

Great location to walk to the Power Boat show this weekend. House had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Annapolis Adventure

This is a very nice property, comfortable, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the city dock area, the Navel Academy, and the west street area, The included parking is an additional bonus. We would certainly stay here again.

Super Location

Steps from USNA Gate 1, steps from Annapolis Market Square the location is great for a weekend in Annapolis or aNaval Academy visit. Super convenient checkin and checkout. And, although Parking in Annapolis is always a concern and the hosts have a parking garage space for you. It’s n easy 10 minute walk,and lets you forget about the car for your stay.

Beautiful House in Annapolis

We loved everything about 25 East St. The house was very clean and so close to USNA and downtown Annapolis. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfection

Hello: It was perfect for a family! The location could not be beat, we loved having the washer/dryer, we came home with clean clothes, Lol! I’ve stayed at many temporary rentals, and there is always a list of things to do at the end so on check out day I revisited the exit instructions and there weren’t any, except to make sure the free parking key fob was in the drawer. We had come by boat, so it didn’t matter. We just packed up our clean clothes and left ;-). We will definitely be back!

Annapolis Blue House

From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like it was home. Kara has a beautiful, cozy home located just outside the gate of the Naval Academy. This was perfect for us because my husband was winding down from a 21 year career in the Navy that started at Annapolis and wanted access to the yard. The home was impeccably clean and tidy and the linens smelled fresh. We couldn't be more happy with our 6 day stay at Kara's home. Totally would rent here again. A+++++

Quiet Retreat

Property very well maintained and stocked for guests and perfectly located for a visit to Annapolis. Host is friendly and very helpful as well as professional (all details about property and process were accurate and timely). Absolutely recommend this property for any visit to Annapolis!

Cute blue house

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great with it truly being a short walk to USNA. Rooms are big and the house felt so welcoming. Pictures are exactly how it looks. It was fun to stay in a house that is so old and imagine how life was like back then. Hopefully our son gets into USNA and we will be back for sure!

Wonderful downtown Annapolis oasis!

We had a wonderful time at Kara’s downtown home. My brother and I were here to visit older relatives and tour the beautiful city. This home is in the perfect location, three minute walk from all the action, but on a very quiet street. Tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and modern decor – we could not have asked for more. And Kara’s instructions were spot on. Easy to find the home and to punch in. We’re definitely coming back!

Perfect Home in Every Way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It had everything we needed from being well laid out and comfortable to a great parking space in a garage a short distance away. One of many wonderful aspects was that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals over the weekend. The location can't be beat and the hosts were very helpful and prompt. I can't recommend this home enough for an Annapolis stay and will certainly attempt to book it our next time to DTA.

Great location

Perfect spot to experience the Naval Academy and charm of downtown Annapolis. Within short walking distance of Gate 1 and shops/restaurants. Kara was great to communicate with-highly recommend staying in this property.
