Amongst the allure of downtown living, lies this quant Annapolis home. This two bedroom, one and a half bath has a spacious fenced in back yard and is only steps away from the Naval Academy. The State House, great restaurants and fantastic shopping are also a close distance. Located on historic East Street, you will also find yourself surrounded by important landmarks, popular seasonal events and an all around perfectly positive Annapolis energy. Whether you're in town for an event, a football game or just having crabs with friends in the backyard; this house is the perfect quintessential Annapolis getaway. *Note: As of October 1st, 2024, we unfortunately can no longer offer a parking pass. There are several overnight parking garages guests can chose use in walking distance to our home. *

Perfect location. Easy walk to everything. Clean and well-appointed. We ate out for meals but the kitchen was well-stocked if we needed. Communication with host was clear and prompt. I would stay here again!

Fourth of July in Annapolis

We spent the 4th in this lovely property on our way to a beach vacation. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The location is excellent, with quick access to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. We watched the fireworks from the Naval Academy gate, down the block. The hosts were attentive and helpful.

Super Close to Gate 1!

We stayed at this property to drop our daughter off at the Academy for I day, and I don't think you can get much closer to Gate 1. The location can't be beat! The other feature worth mentioning is the air. Of course we had the pleasure of experiencing record temperatures and with the humidity, OH MY! Opening the front door and feeling the cold air hit you was absolutely divine. Kara even accommodated a later checkout last minute for us. Property was super clean as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We booked this property for a long weekend with friends we haven’t seen in 6 years. We were all happy with the property. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The location was perfect. Property was clean and comfortable. We would consider this property for another meet-up.

GREAT location for USNA/town but dated

Communication with the owner Kara was great and she was responsive for all issues. We loved the location and it was the least expensive place we’be rented in Annapolis (this was our 5th stay in last 11 months). I would actually probably start here again but compared to many other homes in Annapolis, it was very dated and beds/pillows weren’t the best. Price was low and we liked the bathroom and tub. I just think that a few upgrades would be easy and pay dividends. But I would stay here again b/c the location was so fantastic to Gate 1

Perfectly Placed

We were looking for a place close to restaurants and shops, and this was perfect. Just around the corner, we discovered the gorgeous gardens of the William Paca house. We never had the chance to use the grill in the backyard during our stay, but our host indicated that we were welcome to.

Visiting Naval Academy

The home was very comfortable and steps to the entrance of the Naval Academy and a short walk to Main Street. Owners responded quickly to any questions. Very convenient, clean and comfortable.

Great location. Cute house

Authentic Annapolis house. Perfect location, walking everywhere. New luxury bathroom. Need to park offsite, but was only a 5 min walk to garage. Most properties in town will require parking in a garage.

Wonderful return stay!

We stay in this wonderful rental whenever it is available during visits to Annapolis.It is super close to USNA gate one and other fun downtown Annapolis locations.The hosts are very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful Home Close to USNA

This was a second visit to this rental. It is a wonderful home with equally wonderful owners who are responsive and helpful.We have already booked it for a third time!I highly recommend it.

Great property in a great location. Quaint with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

Perfect for USNA Events

The location of this rental is AMAZING! Makes any event at USNA that much better as you can literally run back during the day or stop by to drop things on your way out into DTA. Perfect for a small family or two couples. 1.5bath is feasible as long as you stagger the showers. Washer/dryer is in main bath but didn’t cause any issues with us.

Fantastic location and comfortable!

This is a wonderful location, very close to the naval academy, downtown, Ego Alley (the boat shows). It's a well-maintained older home, and has everything we needed. Upstairs bathroom is particularly lovely, including a big bathtub, glass shower, two sinks and laundry. Kara is a wonderful host. Fourth year staying here for boat show, thanks again!
