Purchased in 2016 this house was taken down to the studs so everything is brand new and waiting to host you on your next trip to Annapolis . Literally a stones throw from everything downtown has to offer you can’t get closer to the action . USNA , the State House , City Dock , McGarveys and Iron Rooster are just around the corner . Perfect place for two couples and a extra single . Small city patio out back

Excellent Location

This property is in a perfect location, can walk everywhere. The bedrooms were perfect for the two adult couples staying, one queen and one king. Be aware the queen is up against the wall, so makes getting out during the night a bit of a challenge. Megan was lovely to deal with, but also no there is no wiggle room on early check in or late check out. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Birthday trip

Stopped in to see my mid for his birthday. The spot on fleet st is wonderful. Convenient location, exactly as pictured, well stocked with what you need. Would love to rent again.

Nice holiday stay

Overall this was a great location and had recently been renovated. For the price, the fact that there were bugs, water damage in one bedroom, towel rack that fell off and peeling exterior paint were a bit surprising. What makes this a three star review is the one zone heating system. It ranged between freezing cold when you came home to extremely hot overnight when you were in the unit. The first level was cold and the second level was disproportionately hot.

Fantastic Location

We stayed at this property for the USNA Halloween Concert. The house had everything you need and both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect with the ability to walk to anything downtown and the Yard. The extra built-in bunk was really useful for extra sleeping. The host was particularly helpful and accommodating! We would definitely stay there again.

Daughter Grace’s wedding

Fantastic location. Historic with modern updates. Great floor plan for us = 2 couples. The little pocket park across the street served as the missing front yard but also had a cute small backyard sitting area. Parking in the area is challenging for most places around there but the public garage nearby worked and we loaded and unloaded right at our front door without causing problems by blocking the street.

GREAT location, moderate accommodations

You truly can’t beat the location of this cute property in Annapolis. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere, including both the wedding and reception we were in town for. The inside of the property was neat and clean, but definitely in need of some minor repairs/updates as the blinds didn’t open, there was a janky covering on the bottom half do the front door (not sure what it was covering), and the back “yard” was in deplorable condition. Mattresses are super firm. Master shower had nice soap, shampoo and conditioner. Second bedroom bath had a bag full of random samples in various states of use. It seems reasonable to me to expect a full size body wash and shampoo (nothing fancy- just something!). The kitchen was lovely and had everything you need. Both the couch and loveseat in the family room need replaced as they were not comfortable at all. All this said, it’s a nice place and the location is amazing. Just some things that could be improved to really make it shine.

Great location and property!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive to our questions. The location was great as well! It was within walking distance to various restaurants and local sites, and parking in the garages was very easy. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great vacation

Property was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. 45 min drive to DC. Spent the day exploring DC then relaxing here, walking around time, explored this beautiful city. Would definitely come back for next DC trip.

Plebe Parent Weekend

This property was perfect for our family. The home came complete with everything we could possibly need and it was so comfortable and felt like home for our 3-day visit. It was a short walk to the visitors gate at USNA as well as great restaurants and shops. The property manager was wonderful answering any questions we had.

Amazing Location, Easy Stay

Our group of five friends enjoyed the amazing location to shop, dine and enjoy downtown Annapolis. The house could use a paint refresher and a long mirror to ease getting ready.

Not clean - Great location

A few things about this property. When you look at the listing it shows parking as an amenity but as you read the long description (which I missed) - you'll find parking is not included. You have to park and walk 10-15 minutes away. The closest parking garage is temporarily closed and the free parking lots were always full. Extremely frustrating. The house looks like most occupants use it as a party place. The walls are disgusting. Marks all over the walls and spill marks everywhere. The "nook" area with the twin bed (where my daughter slept) - was gross - the walls were filthy. Towels had bleach stains and are old and thin. The location is great and size of the house is good.

Annapolis /Academy visit

The house is in a great location and is perfect for walking distance to the Academy , the waterfront and the shopping district. Two bedrooms with full bath and 1/2 bath downstairs , works great for two couples. Highly recommend

Excellent location

Firstly, theocation was phenomenal. We basically parked our car and left it there for the weekend. Secondly, the house is cute, cozy, well appointed and clean. Keep in mind that because the location is so close, there is some noise from people leaving the nearby pubs in the evenings. My favorite space was the living room, turn on the fire and watching Netflix. Perfect way to spend a last minute get away with my family. Megan was very responsive and friendly despite my initial foible. I would definitely stay here again.

Minutes walk to many attractions

Perfect Location

The perfect location for all of the action of Downtown Annapolis. We really enjoyed our stay and could walk everywhere. Very cute place! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Great communication with owners. Thank you!

AWESOME LOCATION-CLOSE TO USNA and ACTION

We had a great time! The house was spacious, very clean with comfortable beds, and just down the street from the Marina and close to USNA. Huge kitchen, cute patio. Great contact with the property owner. Will book again!

Great Location But Things to Consider When Booking

Location is great - perfect downtown spot. Parking is not as promised. Prior to check-in we received a message telling us where to pick up our parking passes. It was disappointing (and a pain) to learn once we'd already checked in at 9:30p that there in fact were no passes - the city no longer offers. Host took 30 minutes to reply when we texted saying we couldn't find the passes on the tables as promised, only to let us know that there in fact weren't any. We've stayed at many VRBOs and in general the check-in/out packet was much less organized than others. There were some cobwebs in corners and smoke detectors were missing from second floor. The window shades didn't appear operable, so there is no natural light inside. We didn't expect the house to be big or fancy, but these little details are things to keep in mind if you are planning to book.
