You Deserve A Vacation!
Come stay with us at Mountain View Condos. It is on the second floor of Building #2, unit 2206. It has 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) and 2 bathrooms. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress available. Each bedroom has a 43" smart TV. The living room has a 58" smart TV. Every room has tile flooring. Unit has washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and refrigerator.

This is a non-smoking/vaping unit. This includes the balcony. There is a designated smoking area outside on the ground level.

The unit has its own subscription to YouTube TV. There are directions on how to connect to the YouTube TV app inside the blue folder that is inside the unit. You can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu etc. account, but please be sure to sign out of those before you leave. Please stay signed in to the YouTube TV account for the next guests. The blue folder also has some suggestions that my wife typed up for everyone.

Air mattress and linens for it and the sleeper sofa are in the master bedroom closet. Be sure to use the deep pocket sheets for the air mattress.
Extra pillows for air mattress and sleeper are in bedroom closets.



We provide a starter pack that consists of the following:
Bottle of dish washing liquid, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 bar of soap per bath, 2 laundry pods, 2 fabric softener sheets, 2 trash bags per trash can and hand soap for bathroom sinks.


There are 2 swimming pools on site. One outdoor and one indoor pool!
1,036 square feet gives you and your family plenty of room! It is within walking distance of Pigeon Forge and all of its attractions.



Checkout Procedures:
Leave all dirty sheets on unmade beds.
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run washer with the detergent.
Put all dirty towels in the tub.
Clean out lint trap in dryer before and after use.
Take garbage out.
If you use the air mattress, deflate it, put it back in the bag and box, and put the box back in the master closet.
Be sure to put the wristbands for the pool on the coat rack that's just inside the door when you enter the room. They charge me for each extra one that I have to get.

Very nice condo! Has a pool, hot tub, playground, grilling areas and a walking path. It’s close to everything which was really nice! The condo itself was clean and decorated beautifully. The only downside to this condo is that if you are wanting a good view of the mountains, the trees are blocking it from the patio deck off the living room. Other than that I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

We stayed last week (3 adults, one 13 yr old.) We were very happy to find the apartment was just as listed and very clean. We really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. The apartment location was great - right in the middle of everything so getting where we wanted to go was easy. We loved that we could not hear traffic (or our neighbors!) - inside the unit was very quiet. We knew there was an elevator, but did not know about the luggage carts to bring things upstairs - that was an unexpected bonus and a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was really nice - big countertops, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove. All rooms in the unit were decorated very nicely. The space feels really homey and we could tell that a lot of care went into decorating it. There is also convenient, free parking right in front of the building.Our host, Ryan was great. He was very kind and responsive and we could not have asked for a better person to rent from. The price was also very reasonable. We had one minor maintenance issue during our stay, which Ryan responded to right away. We would definitely book with Ryan again.

The host was so great to work with. We love the location and how quiet it was. We had plenty of space for a family of 4 and the Christmas decorations made us feel right at home.

Our first trip to the area and this condo, in the middle of all the traffic and people who descend upon the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, was so peaceful and quiet. Great location walking distance to stuff and easy to get in and out. Clean and neat. The walls had plenty insulation so you weren’t hearing the neighbors. There is no water or Mountain View’s, but we drove to Newfound Gap and Kuhowi in The state park for those. There are the indoor and outdoor pools onsite. We loved it and plan to book it next time. Ps, you’re only 30 minutes from baseball with the Knoxville Smokies.

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable! I kept saying I think I could live here. Everything was very nice and clean and the condo had everything you needed. Great location, very quiet, right in the middle of Pigeon Forge but you wouldn't know it. Definitely will be staying again.

Great location. Host quickly responds to any request. Opened the door upon arrival to the whole condo decorated beautifully for Christmas.. tree and all! An unexpected and beautiful surprise! Highly recommend renting this Condo. Had an incredible time staying here!
