We will definitely be staying here again! The place was so convenient to everything, easy to find, very clean, plenty of towels, andextra bedding for the sofa. We did not get to utilize the pool, but we only had a couple of days and a full itinerary!

Not much of a view from the balcony. However, the unit, property & pools are very well maintained. It was nice & quiet.

The view from the balcony is a peaceful wooded area but not of the mountains. The mountains are out the front door view of this condo. But, at least to me, the woods are beautiful also. :-) Blessings for a great rest of your year!

My stay here was for my husband's birthday. Our stay was good, condo was good and comfortable, great location to everything (restaurants, shopping and attractions). I would have given this unit a five star, it just needed a little more tender care. In the master bedroom, the shower appeared to have black mold and seriously needs a good steam cleaning. By the way, it would have been nice to have some hooks/racks in both bathrooms to hang rob, etc. on while using shower. The balcony could also use some cleaning as well. Other than those few things, the condo was good!

Thanks for staying with us! I have ordered towel hooks and told the housekeeper athe deck needs to be cleaned better. I know the shower marble doesn’t look new because it isn’t new but this housekeeper is relatively terrific and would not leave anything undone as much as humanly possible. I will check into steam cleaning the marble. I didn’t even know that was a service that was available for a shower wall. Blessings for a great rest of your 2026!

Great location, clean, quiet and lots of room only downside was the bed in the second bedroom was shaky and noisy. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot for family

I loved this place, the host, and the location!!! We’ll be back! It was exactly as described and so comfortable for a four night getaway. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Our host was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating when we asked if we could unload our bags an hour early. The other guests and residents were so friendly and the playground, green space, and pools made this a perfect getaway with a child. This location is adjacent to everything you’d want to see in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville but so far off the main drag that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. Every morning I sat on the balcony and listened to the birds sing. But it was close enough that I could walk to the Donut shop down the road.

Relaxing Stay

The property was beautiful. We were in town for Rising Star Dance Nationals. It was close to everything we needed. This place was very clean, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location thats close to everything! Very private with 2 pools & hot tub! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities! Full kitchen & 2 bathrooms! Great trip & can't wait to return!

The place was nice. There were several dead bugs and it smelled musty when we got there. Overall a nice place and would stay again. We did not feel we should be asked to tip the cleaners, as we paid for that service.

Hi Michele. Thank you for staying with us. I did not know my Housekeeper was asking for tips on top of what I pay her for cleaning. I will talk to her about that. The HOA sprays pretty frequently to make sure you don’t find any live bugs when you arrive at your unit so I’m sure that whatever you found died after the unit was cleaned and before you arrived. It’s our goal that you never find a live bug. We have an air cleaner in every condo, so I’ll ask the housekeeper to check that one and make sure it’s functioning properly. We love the location and the complex and decided to purchase both 2601 and 2301, both corner units and furnish them to our tastes and expectations.
