Great property. I really appreciated all of the beach things and the smaller coolers that were there for us to use.

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The condo was perfect! The location was perfect! Very clean and every amenity I could need was supplied. From towels to dishes to coffee maker. I would love to stay here again! The host was very quick to reply to any questions I had. The condo is updated and very clean. The pool is beautiful!

This unit was perfect for us. Pretty centrally located for what we needed. The unit was clean and host was easy to contact when needed. I would definitely stay here again if we come back. The pool was very nice. Felt like bath water. There was some renovations going on at the clubhouse so the gym was closed but nothing the owner could do about that. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

At arrival the floors in the unit where extremely filthy we washed the floors twice while there also noticed dust on the chain of the light in dinning area and the place stunk to high heaven of stale cigarette smoke and overwhelming air freshener that made us nauseated with headaches, we had to pull out the air fresheners and put them in a sealed bag. The Avalon was also advertised as having a jacuzzi in which it does not! There was also hair grease on the headboard of the bed that appeared to drip down towards the pillows. The unit is in need of a deep cleaning.

Great location

We could not use the patio as it was under construction. However, we liked the place and have already booked it for next year as the patio will be done.

Amazing Hostess

This is the second time I have rented this unit from Florenta. She is an amazing hostess and aimed to please. She is always quick to respond with any issues. Issues are few and far between. The only issue I have ever had is yesterday the internet was down. It was a spectrum issue, but Florenta pointed me in the right direction to get it taken care of. Will always rent this unit from her when available.

Will DEFINITELY use this rental/host again.

The check in process was extremely easy, the property was extremely clean and ready for our stay. Sam & Ami (housekeeping) dropped off extra linens shortly after our arrival, but there were plenty of extra linens, towels, beach towels, and supplies for the beach in the closet. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. The unit is on the ground level and the patio was enclosed; this was a huge plus with a nonverbal child. My whole family had a great time. The facility is 8-10 minutes from the beach, but was worth every bit of it. The gated community was nice, as well as the neighbors themselves. The pool was only 5’ deep which was great with two little ones. We will definitely come back to this place when we return to Clearwater!!!

Comfy stay

Only complaint is the shower, I wish it had more water pressure. I thought the bed was comfy. I used to have the same couch so I knew it would sit low. Easy to contact and communicate with you! The pool was great!!!! Your apartment was nice and clean! Thanks for letting us stay!

Spacious 1 Bedroom

Beautiful gated community, spacious 1 bedroom. Close enough to Clearwater Beach without the congestion and extra cost. We loved our stay and would be happy to do it again.

Beautiful condo in clearwater

The condo was super clean, necessities were provided, kitchen is stocked with enough kitchenwares. It has a closet with beach essentials like umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and towels which came handy for us that flew from another state. The back patio is a plus too. We enjoyed our stay in this condo especially the pool. It is about 10-15 minutes drive to clearwater beach.
