One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Quartz countertops. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. The condo is located on the ground floor, few steps from the pool. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance.

Nice Condo

Alina, the host was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. The condo is close to the pool, nice and handy. The condo is small, but it was just my wife and I so it was great.

Savior in our time of need with a beautiful place

It was great but mostly was a nice, clean place but was right after 2 hurricanes we were homeless and Alina was a godsend for us with a nice, place to stay she rescued us , thank you and God Bless you. If circumstances were different would have been like a little vacation. But was long and we had a lot to figure out

Great place for a couple

My wife and I usually stay in Florida for 3-5 days per visit this time we spent 7 days there. The condo had everything we could have needed, and was upgraded. Would recommend to family and friends!

Extremely pleased with our stay here

My wife and I both were really happy with this property, It was very clean ,modern and updated. We both feel the location was good and the pool was nice and not tobusy . Overall we plan on coming back to the same property next time we visit .

Clearwater Stay

Our stay for the week was enjoyable. Very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed and nice pool. It was a bit small, but we managed. Owner was quick to answer with a problem with the television. Overall, a great place to stay.

Another Fantastic Experience…

Truly love the apartment, so close to everything and very well maintained. Owner is exceptional and very responsive. I would highly recommend this stay. Very reasonable and has everything you need and more. Will be coming back!!

Good Things Come In Small Packages

This one bedroom condo was spotless and had everything that we could possibly want. Its location was excellent for shopping and restaurants. The king size bed was very comfortable. We will stay again.

Nicely remodeled condo in Clearwater

We (a couple in or sixties and our pooch) stayed five nights in this nicely remodeled condo. All new appliances and a remodeled kitchen and bathroom were great! Nice location close to beaches and restaurants. It’s in a gated condo complex and was very quiet.

Excellent experience

This was our 1st time renting from Vrbo. Everything about this was excellent. The place was clean, conveniently located, beautiful property and pool, convenient parking and our communication with the person we rented from was top notch. I can not wait to come back and rent from Alina again!!

Very Nice Home-Away-From-Home!

This property is exactly as advertised! And it’s clean! The owner responses quickly to any questions or concerns. Being able to bring pets to such a quality place was a refreshing change from what we have experienced at other pet friendly places. The pool was very nice too, clean, good size with plenty of pool chairs and restroom close by. I would definitely stay here again and will refer it to friends!

Fun and relaxing

The apartment is delightful. It had everything we needed for our staying. The pool area was always clean, also around the corner of the apartment. The beach is just minutes away, beautiful and full of fun activities for the all family. Location is convenient access to stores around the area. We loved the place and would recommend it. We’ll come back for sure!! Thanks to Alina for answering all our questions.

Perfect Location

The entire planning of this trip was a breeze!!! Condo owner was super helpful and nice! This complex is a diamond in the rough! The resort style pool was what we needed!!! It was perfectly heated for the Christmas week! And we were steps from the pool gates! Publix grocery store literally across the street, felt super safe with the gated community, easy to get to the beaches and any restaurant you could think of!

Very small

So small had to open or close doors to go from one area to another. No storage area in the kitchen for groceries. Filled up the only closet with the decorative pillows that were on the bed, Totally unnecessary. Need a Kuerig . Wouldn’t recommend
