Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear you had a great stay overall. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the front door deadbolt and the dishwasher's top rack. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We've shared them with our maintenance team so they can be addressed as quickly as possible. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another wonderful beach vacation!

Thank you, Diane and it is so great that you and your family could rent two YFAB condos side by side - G104 and G105. It is true the HOA allows the beach chair service to take up most of the beach - and we are hoping to address it with the HOA during this fall's meeting. We look forward to your return - and remember to use your return friend promo code to get your "friend" discount!

We are deeply sorry about the oversights - and there is no excuse. What we have done is talk directly to both the inspector who went through your condo before you arrived and called you that it was ready - as well as the housekeepers. We will be issuing you a cleaning refund. Our long term goal though is to exceed your expectations. We also are fixing the texts issues with our guide book so that you can respond to texts. We have also posted our head of housekeeping's direct phone number. We only hope that we can be given an opportunity to make up for this on another stay. Our most sincere apologies.

Thank you, Chris and Adagio G105 IS the closest pool front condo at Adagio to the beach walkover! Please remember that as Your Friend at the Beach's return guest, you always enjoy a return guest discount. So please visit - and bring your friends to YFAB. We have another condo right next door!
