Checked in on Sunday after the storm, Donna was super responsive keeps us updated on conditions. Unit is one of the best we’ve stayed in, location is awesome!

This is our second year staying here and it is a great experience for families or girls trips. Everything we needed is there, cookware, blow dryers, fans, etc. We even found Parchment paper for our Cinnamon rolls. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very well appointed and view from rooms were great. Deck has table and chairs, couch and allows for outdoor dining. The owner is extremely responsive and so sweet. Easy to work with if any issues come up during your stay.

Great location with great views. This townhome has everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayak, paddle board, beach toy, gas grill, etc. I have never stayed anywhere that provided so much. The furniture was great, beds were comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. The only downside is a 5 minute walk to dump garbage and to the pool as it is on the other end of a very wide complex. Also, the pool was dirty with mold growing on the walls, but that didn’t detract from our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Having a garage is also a huge plus.

The property has everything you need and you aren’t fighting big crowds on the beach. Kids love being able to enjoy the pool too. The host is great at communicating with you if you run into any issues and helps make sure your stay is the best it can be. Definitely would recommend this place and will be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful view of the beach from king bedroom upstairs! Loved the balcony off the room. Easy walk directly oceanfront to the ocean! Beautiful and comfortable home equipped with everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The townhouse was very clean and nice but a little small. Beach access was really nice but we were right next to public beach access point so the beach was more crowded than we expected it to be. The most negative thing I have to say about the place is the parking situation it was very cramped and tight parking and not a lot of places to park your vehicles. Overall we had a nice stay there and Donna was super in taking care of us while we were there if we had any problems.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you thought our place was smaller than anticipated. It’s 3 bedrooms and 3 bath with a large balcony that has a dining table for 6 and a large sectional for plenty of seating and should have been very comfortable for your party of 8. This is the first feedback we’ve received regarding space. These townhomes were built in the late 70’s before everyone started driving oversized vehicles. We have an XL garage for parking and a parallel spot in front of garage. I’m glad to hear you had a nice time and we enjoyed hosting your family.

This place was perfect for our family. The beach chairs provided was so nice. Loved having gas grill. The kids loved the bikes. The view was perfect. The beach was so quiet and peaceful. You are so close to the water. It was nice to have a garage. The owner had great communication. The condo was clean and updated. I can’t say anything negative. Would love to stay again.

100/10!!!! Talk about attention to detail! We go to the beach every year with our family and finally a beach house with hooks everywhere! Fans for all the rooms! So many towels! Both balcony’s were amazing. Yes the parking is tight but that view makes up for it! All the beds were comfortable which never happens! The kitchen had everything you will need too!! We loved the coffee nook too! The extra refrigerator in the garage was great too. So many beach chairs and toys to enjoy too! Donna was the most gracious host too!! You won’t be disappointed. I hope we get to return soon!!

Every year my family attempts to take a vacation together, it is very difficult being we all live in different places, plus my son/family is in the military & I have to say this was one of my very favorite places we have stayed. I have stayed at The Shores different times & enjoyed it but this townhouse was by far the best, from the nice appliances, the well-stocked kitchen, the coffee bar, the upstairs bedroom that my grandkids loved & all of the beach chairs, toys, etc. that was supplied in the garage, not to mention the extra refrigerator. Thank you Donna the use of your beautiful townhouse & for giving my family a much-needed vacation & time together.

Loved Donna’s condo! It’s in a great location. directly on the beach & in a quieter section of the beach so no fighting crowds. The condo has everything you could need & is close to anything else you might want. Donna was also extremely responsive any time I had a question. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodations and very responsive hosts! Had everything we needed. Perfect for family and friends. Quiet and so relaxing. Been vacationing at PCB for many years and this is most definitely one of our favs! Can't wait to come back.

This was our second year in a row staying in this area of PCB, in these fabulous units. We love the privacy, with no street access unless through the garage with a code. We feel comfortable letting our independent kiddos come and go for lunch, restroom, etc, without worry. The location is perfect with nightlife to the east at PCB, or west in 30A. This unit feels like home away from home with beautiful updates, comfortable beds, and space to accommodate larger families.

We were at this property for 11 days. The house is absolutely perfect. The hostess was wonderful…. We saw dolphins 9 out of the 11 days… we will absolutely be back.
