This a a very spacious home to accommodate a large group. The house was clean and the kitchen had all basic essentials for cooking, which was very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful. There are some updates and improvements that would really help enhance this home and experience.

The house was clean and supported our stay well. You do have to cross the main road to get to the dock which is hard to see based on the pictures. Not really that big of a hassle though. Beautiful views for morning coffee from the deck!

The size of the home was perfect for my family-everyone felt comfortable. The closeness of the water was wonderful, able to launch jet skis at the state park for hours of fun.

Amazing location!!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! The view from the front of the house is gorgeous! Very spacious and great amenities. Highly recommend booking here for a relaxing lake trip!

We had a great time! Beautiful view, close to state park boat launch and wolffy's marinia/grill. 10 mins from Seneca Falls, stores/walmart etc but far enough away that it is rural and slow paced.

Week in August

Cayuga lake is beautiful. We had beautiful sunrises!The house was great for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. Great location close to everything we needed

Great place to stay!!!

We had a family vacation with our two daughters and their families and we couldn't have picked a better place! It was roomy, very clean and we all had our own bathroom. We rented a boat that made it that much more fun. Cindy, our host, made things so easy. We'll be back!

Lovely Lake Home

Large, clean home for our extended family get-away. We enjoyed wineries, Wolfies ( close enough to walk to ) and a dinner across the lake by boat. The pool table in the basement was fun to play with family. The very close state park and great playground and life guarded beach was a hit for the little one in our group.

Finger lakes retreat

Three generations of my family enjoyed our stay at this house in Lake Cayuga. The weather and algae bloom (closed beaches) were a challenge, but the boat rental helped save the day. My grandsons had their first fishing experience and encounter with swans. Nearby Seneca Falls was charming.

Great house for kids and adults

Very clean! Plenty of outdoor furniture. A great place to stay. Power went out during a storm and home owner was great about relaying I for for estimated time of return power.

Fall getaway

3 couples just needed a sort Fall getaway. Great location on the water. Close to everything you could think of. House was clean. Host rrsponsive. Would come back and highly recommended

Awesome reunion space

Met up with 5 other friends from high school after 40 years and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The view was great and there was plenty of space to catch up and stretch out. The large dining table was great for “ family” potluck and games. Perfect space for our group.

relaxing

Beautiful and peaceful lake setting. Lots of hiking, boating and wineries in the area. We went to an Amish market/store that served the biggest and best ice cream around. Couldn't get over the size of the cone. We had such a good time didn't want it to end.

Perfect location for Finger Lake wineries. We visited 8-10 all under 15 minute drive. House was very clean, with everything you need like you are home . Sitting on the deck looking at the Cayuga Lake was breathtaking. Owner was helpful and answered any questions immediatly. Restaurants we loved was Wolffys 3 minutes away right on the lake with great wings and drinks. Also go to Seneca Falls and go to Parkers on the Falls Grill and in the same place Meno e Gelato is to die for! Sheldrake Point Winery was one of my favorites to eat. The Steamed clams with one of the best broths I've tasted. The short rib sandwich is mouth watering. Cayuga Lake State Park was beautiful even though they didnt allow swimming( no life guards) which was ridiculous especially since the water is very shallow. Swim at your own risk would be just fine. But relaxing , great to bike or walk. Also visit Taughannock Falls Overlook and take the hike to them, breathtaking.

Nice Cayuga House in Versatile Location

My friends and I have been traveling to the fingerlakes region for years to endulge in the beautiful scenery and tasteful wine. This house is great for large groups; we had 5 couples and a baby with no issues. House is well kept, nice driveway, and view out to the lake. I recommend driving around Seneca down the west side through Watkins Glen and up back to the house. Thanks for the accommodations Cindy, Glen

Just what you need to relax

We enjoyed our stay here. Cyndi was very helpful and hospitable. The view is beautiful. The access to canoes and a private dock provided good leisure opportunities. Even though the road is right there, it was a quiet place to stay. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean, relaxing place that is easily accessible to Cayuga and Seneca lakes. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be more kitchen items/utensils. All the basics were there but since we cooked every night there were times we could not do two things at the same time for meal prep.

Great & Clean Property

The house is absolutely gorgeous. It is a lot more spacious then the pictures led on. Myself and the rest of the guests were beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the bedding is amazing in every room. Thank you so much Cindy, for answering all of our questions and being very accommodating. The only recommendation that I would make is to get a coffee table in the living room. There is a side table but it wasn't big enough for more than 2 people. Thank you again and we will definitely book again. Adela

This house worked out very well for our group. For boaters, the dock is protected from the South wind which is a huge plus.

Family

This is a wonderful home away from home. We gathered here to attend my mother’s memorial service and what a respite for a whirlwind weekend. Everything we needed plus healing views of nature surrounded us with comfort. Will definitely use for future stays.
