The large, flat, lush yard also provides endless opportunities for yard games and other recreational activities. The home is situated on a private and peaceful point, but also offers the opportunity to explore the beauty of the Finger Lakes and all of its rich amenities within a short car ride. We enjoyed our stay on Seneca Lake. The house was conveniently located close to Geneva for shopping and Smokin Petes Barbeque. The house was very clean with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The flat lot was a big bonus. I would definitely recommend!

This property is named perfectly—truly such a beautiful, tranquil spot right on the lake. Wonderful, cheerfully decorated house that opens into a lovely patio and yard—perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy. We had a wonderful weekend there!

Magical. Better than the photos. We stayed a week. Two adult couples in our 60’s. Every amenity you could want and close to everything we wanted to do. We swam. We hiked. We biked. We built a fire. We grilled and cooked and ate out. We toured three lakes. We made it to Ithaca and the Cornell gardens. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, with level walkout access to the lake, a great dock, comfortable waterfront seating, and a kayak to enjoy. The home was well-equipped, especially the fully stocked kitchen with two refrigerators, and offered several comfortable gathering spaces with beautiful lake views. The spacious, recently remodeled bathrooms were a nice bonus. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They even recommended an excellent restaurant for our last night that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Enjoyed our week stay with family! Loved spending time outside on the beautiful property. We also enjoyed some day trips to local hiking/fishing spots which were all within a short drive.

This house was absolutely perfect. It was so comfortable and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed and it included many amenities. The location is awesome, so close to the wineries on Seneca Lake and many restaurants within a short drive. The outside area with the dock right on the lake was great. Will definitely be back again.

Girl's weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Bedrooms were bright and airy, and there was plenty of room and sleeping Sunroom was lovely for conversations and morning coffee. Location was great for Watkins Glen and Geneva and the wineries.

We had such a wonderful stay! Tony and Ashlee were fantastic hosts—very responsive and full of great restaurant recommendations. Their home was lovely, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved spending time on the deck next to the incredible sweeping willow tree; the views of the lake were absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again! Thanks Tony & Ashlee!

Great place on Seneca Lake

We enjoyed our time staying at this property. It was a great place for our family to be together on the lake. The lakefront and yard are perfect! A really nice perk is the short walk across the street to SMOKIN PETES BBQ.

Charming Home in Beautiful Location

The house is very comfortable and very charming. Decor is beach house and I just felt relaxed from the moment I got there. It is a very enjoyable home to stay in and I would plan on staying in the same home again in the future.
