Escape to peace and quiet

**Please be assured that we take your vacation seriously and have taken all precautions and necessary measures with our cleaning staff to keep our home clean and disinfected**

Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the east side of Seneca Lake. This 4-bedroom, 2 full bath modern lakefront home on a wooded lot at the end of a private road is sure to relax you. This house offers comfort and amenities to be desired; wraparound deck, fireplace, 2 living/family room areas each with a new large HD smart tv, hi speed secure internet and new mattresses in every bedroom. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from almost every room in the house or sit outside on the deck overlooking the water where you can grill and eat. You may even catch a glimpse of one of the several bald eagles that frequent the property.

The main level has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed facing the lake and the other with a queen and twin. The lower level has two additional bedrooms that both face the lake, one with a king size bed and sleeper sofa and the other with a queen bed and twin sized sleeper sofa. Each level also has a full bathroom. All towels and linens are provided and there is also a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom but you may just want to open the windows and enjoy the breeze coming off the lake.

Take a short walk to the water where you can enjoy almost 200' of frontage on Seneca Lake with a permanent 100+ foot plus dock that’s perfect for lounging, swimming or fishing. The water depth increases gradually and is shallow enough to walk into. There is also a canoe to use at your leisure or bring your boat and tie it to our dock. (Must be launched from nearby state park)

We are within 2 miles of Three Brothers, Zugibee and Ventosa Wineries as well as War Horse Brewing and Bottomless Brewing.
A quick 12 minute drive will take you to the center of Geneva where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants and entertainment or a twenty minute drive to enjoy shopping at the Waterloo Premium Outlets.

Paula’s home is so wonderful and the location couldn’t be better!

We all do enjoyed our stay at your lake house. The sunsets over the lake were spectacular! The beds soo comfortable. The home had everything you needed. We had so much fun!

Tucked away, getaway

Nestled on a slope, tucked away, at the waters edge of Seneca Lake. We had a great time, in this Beautiful Home. Quiet, with amazing sunsets.

Beautiful Lakefront Weekend!

We visited for a long weekend with family and friends and for a triathlon happening in Geneva. The location is super convenient, the lake views and sunsets were incredible. The house was a perfect setup for everyone to have enough space, and to have great spots to relax and visit together. Highly recommend for a Finger Lakes visit!

This was the most perfectly organized and well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed at! Paula and her family have truly thought of everything and made it so convient for any possible needs! Great location for a gathering!

The house was perfect for our group of 7 life-long friends to gather and catch up. We had plenty of space, the house had all the amenities we were looking for (and then some), the views were amazing, and we loved being on the water. Paula was friendly and helpful, and we are already talking about going back next year!

Graduation week

The house was very private yet close to everything. Morning coffee by the lake was fantastic! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Had a great time in Geneva and visiting the wineries. We were in town for an HWS graduation and had a perfect week!

Wedding Weekend

My family, 5 adults, rented the house to attend a wedding at the Belhurst Castle and Winery. We all loved our stay. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. The view from the house and access to the lake was the best. The drive to downtown and the winery about 15 minutes. We want to go back!

gorgeous secluded lakefront property

Three of the large, commodious bedrooms have lakefront views. There are living rooms with big TV screens on both floors, and the internet connection is good. The house sits in a secluded woods (there are some other houses, but we never heard a peep!)The walk down to the lake is an easy path. The property is a short drive from good food shopping in Geneva, and just around the corner from Ventosa vineyard which serves a lovely lunch. We enjoyed the wildlife: a pair of eagles watched us swim, we saw herons, a fox and more.

lake vacation

Property is as advertised. Very nice inside and outside. Nice dock. House is well equipped. No neighbors on top of you. Checkout instructions were simple without a lot of nonsense you get in many vrbo properties. Overall peaceful and enjoyable. We have stayed in numerous vrbo properties and this one is a winner.

Amazing house for wedding weekend getaway

The pictures of this home don’t do it the justice it deserves, it’s amazing! Extremely clean, stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach towels, kayaks to enjoy the lake, and other cool touches like binoculars to look at the bald eagles we were able to catch. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating and were even willing to mail items back that our group forgot. We were here for a wedding weekend but definitely plan on returning for a regular vacation. Their dock provided a great setting for morning swims and afternoon lounge sessions to catch sunset. We will definitely be returning and recommend this house to any group.

Wonderful lakeside home

The house and property was everything we could possibly want. It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen was especially well equipped with a wide variety of utensils, dishes and cooking pots/pans. Communication with Paula was always prompt and thorough. The property is extremely private yet close to many wineries, restaurants and outdoor activities. We particularly enjoyed the use of the 2 kayaks on the property (which included a wide assortment of water shoes and life vests). In short, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and would highly recommend this home for your next visit to the Finger Lakes region.

Ladies trip 2024

We switched up our annual ladies trip this year. Instead of going to OCMD we decided to do the Finger Lakes! The house was the perfect setting for viewing sunsets in the deck or dock, sitting by the fire near the lake and relaxing! Our host was very nice and helpful!

Family vacation
