The place is incredible.

The lake house was pristine. The outdoor space is super enjoyable. However, I think there needs to be a book with instructions on how to turn on the grill , the fire pit, the hot water for the upstairs shower. Other than that it was an amazing Labor Day Weekend b

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family to stay for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Syracuse. The house was clean and plenty of space for us. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

the only reason I didn’t give all fives was the upstairs door was broken and the downstairs code didn’t work but they reset it so we had a little anxiety a check-in, but I have to say people picked up the phone immediately and helped us immediately and then also followed up on vibe so we appreciate that everything was fantastic

This place is magical!

This was a little peace of heaven for our family of 8. Large enough to have private spaces to read a book, hang out on the deck, patio, hot tub, dock…and large enough to commune for meals, games, and sunset viewings. We rented a pontoon boat which was easy to dock and come and go to restaurants etc. I definitely recommend this home for any group looking to enjoy lake life!

Relaxing Lake Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful Lakefront home for a few days. Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and clean. We were very comfortable as a family of four and have said we would love to book again and share it with another family. Our kids loved the movie room in the lower level and we loved all the different seating areas around the property. We watched the sunrise every morning from our bed and went on to have our morning coffee on the dock. The best part was that we could bring our little dog friend with us too!

Perfect lake getaway!

This property was incredible. The outdoor bar and jacuzzi were perfect and the house was fully stocked (kayaks, kitchen supplies, towels, grill equipment). We had planned some activities nearby but the lake house was so beautiful that we didn’t leave all weekend! Would love to book again next year! We did have some issues with the key code upon arrival but the property manager called immediately and resolved it. 10/10 customer service!

Amazing!!!

The lake house is a summer dream. The location is fantastic, easy to find. The house itself is perfect for large families. There are several areas that you can cozy up to in the day or night. The basement is absolutely fantastic with very comfortable movie like theater chairs, and a large screen TV. The outer patio has a hot tub, fire, pit, fireplace, and gourmet kitchen. We enjoyed every inch of the house and highly recommend this Beautiful lake home for families looking to relax and enjoy the Finger lakes.

Had a great time with a few caveats.

We had a great time and the house has great potential. It's a beautiful home right on the water but could use a little TLC and more thorough cleaning. Hot tub and kayaks were enjoyed by all.

I would stay here again

The house itself was really nice. There were a couple quirky issues that came up. The one bedroom had no airflow, nor air conditioning or ceiling fan so it was hard to sleep with it being very warm. The other two bedrooms were fine. When we got here, there was no fire pit, a hot tube was there but it wasn’t ready for use. The freezer door was stuck so we couldn’t use it. Loved being on the water, great views and plenty of space indoor and out.

Unfortunately, we cannot leave a positive review for this property. Let me break it down within the allowed 1500 characters. I would need more space for my real feelings.1) Check-in process: Not straightforward but hardly the most important problem.2) The interiors seem clean until you lean down and see all the dust underneath each bed/furniture.3) I do not go over 100 something items that are or are not present in any listing assuming you would at least get small shampoo, body wash, soaps, etc. given the hospitality business these platforms are.4) Outdoors can easily be described 'filthy' instead of 'not clean'. Something I would not expect given the 6 hours interval between check out and check in times. Everybody's excuse of 'wind can bring leaves and dust even the same day after cleaning' is not applicable here as evident from hardened filth on the swing cushion, dead flies from previous day(s), dead fish at the end of the dock along with fishing line hook. The hot tubs 'clean' function is broken. It is hard to believe they provide the cleaning they claim to do so. What is more, they said, they are sending someone to take care of outdoors. Someone came that 2 days after our check-in. We left for excursions and found the property exactly as it was before we left.5) The photos of the water is not accurate. I cannot believe it was ever like that on even one day of however many years. Highly likely a heavily touched photo. Overpriced for the service, should be banned!

Regarding the outdoor conditions, the home is located directly on the lake, and with that beautiful waterfront setting comes natural elements such as bugs, leaves, pollen, and other debris. While we do have exterior cleaning procedures in place and make every effort to maintain the property, we cannot control what Mother Nature brings in, especially with wind and changing weather conditions. The lake itself is also a natural body of water, and unfortunately, we cannot control wildlife, algae, or natural occurrences such as fish being present in the water. Lake conditions can vary throughout the season, and the photos represent the property and views as accurately as possible. We are sorry to hear you felt the home did not meet your expectations. Had we been made aware of specific concerns during your stay, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them and work toward a resolution while you were still at the property. We value guest feedback and will continue to use it to improve our processes and guest experience.

Peace on the lake

The house was great overall. I love the location and the space. We had a great time fishing off the dock and swimming. We were pleasantly surprised by the hot tub. The kayaks were great. The house felt comfortable and accommodated us all. Some of the house needs to be maintained. Part of the railing deck was broken (dangerous) and some of the entry decking wood was dipping a lot. The was a ramp with nails sticking out (dangerous) and the railing on the stairs looked lopsided. The window in the middle floor has a crack through it. The rooms in the basement and second floor were nicely cooled. The top floor was very warm. You should consider putting a split in there or fans in each room. Also consider blackout curtains or blinds, as I kept waking up at 6am due to the light. The arrival/departure instructions were clear. I just wish there was an onsite document about the amenities (games, how to use hot tub, where to do laundry, how to avoid bugs getting into the house at night, etc.) to make the most out of the visit. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the space.
