Relaxation Awaits in this Condo! 3 Bedroom + Bunk area, and an upstairs loft with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12) in trendy Crystal Beach area. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin within walking distance to shopping and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. Take romantic walks on the Beach! Enjoy the Sunsets! Go Deep Sea Fishing is some of the most beautiful Gulf waters you will ever see. A favorite destination newly renovated and more charming than ever. Coral Reef Club is a quaint three-story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. You will find this property to be more private than some of the large multi-storied condos in the area. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. This third-floor condo opens to your own private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. You can look out across the white sand dunes to the beach that seems like your own private beach! Enjoy your two Beach chairs and an Umbrella that is set up and waiting for you! (Beach Service is Seasonal) You and your family are sure to enjoy every minute here, where the front desk staff and Beach Attendants are ready to help you in any way. The main floor master bedroom contains a king size bed, there are 2 bunk beds in the hallway alcove and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Plus, an upstairs loft with 1 king bed and a separate room with 2 queen beds. The upstairs also has a full bath! So, bring your friends and family! The unit has updated furnishings, 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in your unit for your use and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely gorgeous view, great location and wonderful condo unfortunately they could not have a cheaper mattress on all the beds. I slept terrible every night. Woke up sore stiff and hurting. Would not stay here again because of the mattress quality.

Photos made the rooms appear much larger than they actually were. Condo is in need of updating and some TLC and maintenance. The beach did not disappoint -lovely white sand and the views were spectacular!

Could not believe the condo DID NOT have a blender or Keurig coffee machine - but we made do.One thing I would highly recommend - they need to mop the floor.

Beautiful view!

This condo was the perfect getaway location! We had an amazing view of the ocean that we woke up to every morning. The condo was very spacious and had lots of room for all 10 guest! The staff on site were friendly and helped with all our needs. We would 1000% stay here again!

Amazing Views, Fabulous Beach Access

We had 7 adults plus a 2 year old staying at the property and felt 100% that we had plenty of room for all of us. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, and access to the beach was so easy, the privacy beach was perfect as well especially for social distancing! We will definitely be back next year!!

Gorgeous place to stay with a great location!

We had an amazing time and a great view! Loved the private beach and the beach umbrella and chairs included with or stay. The only suggestion I would give is the downstairs mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that it was a great week! We will definitely be back! Oh and the water that week was absolutely beautiful!!! TY :)

For a place that advertises sleeps 12 there is not a dining table, only a high top for 4. Also need a normal size paper towel and extra toilet paper. (to accommodate 12)We only had 5 people and was not enough. Was very expensive for 4 nights but we loved the view.

Peaceful condo with a great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great for our 2 couples that spent a week here. We each had our private sleeping areas in the condo, which made it very comfortable. The view was gorgeous and the location of the unit being on the third floor towards the end of the building made it so quiet. We didn't hear a thing! The furnishings were dated and needed to be replaced, such as the carpet. The living/kitchen was small, but fine for 4. Would be helpful to replace the bulky counter chairs and dining table. The beach however was amazing! So nice to have chairs and umbrella provided! Parking was very easy and because the building is on a no outlet end of the street, there is very little traffic. Very safe location! We loved it and would go back again in a heartbeat!

That was really the only negative. We also needed extra blankets the downstairs was cold at night. The sofa bed was so much better than we had in other units. The location is perfect.

The unit definitely was our least favorite of all the ones we have stayed in. The couch was worn out and uncomfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable (super hard). Just not very up to date for the price u pay. Definitely would not recommend this room.

The maintenance man was quick to help us get our televisions working. The beach staff was friendly & always had chairs & umbrellas up early daily. The office staff was equally friendly, answered all our questions & helped us with shuffleboard equipment. Our condo was clean, spacious & had any amenities we needed. The views were breathtaking. Beach was beautiful. Our family rented 2 condos- we all had a happy holiday and made lots of marvelous memories!
