Warm and cozy, upgraded, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, single-level condo in the beautiful Snowcreek complex. Sleeps 6!

Welcome to Snowcreek #613 – Phase IV! This unit is upgraded with high-end furniture and appliances throughout. The living room is furnished with a gas fireplace, large comfortable queen sofa sleeper, and entertainment center featuring a large new 2024 Smart TV and stereo system. Directly off the living room, enjoy the spectacular views on your private outdoor patio, including a private use gas BBQ.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with an upgraded kitchen, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig and regular coffee maker, and all of the cooking and dishware you could want. Stay in for dinner, in the warm comfort of home with a large dining table seating 6, and additional bar seating for 3. Never worry about cold, wet gear during your stay, with a private washer and dryer in the unit and complementary laundry detergent included!

The Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, flat screen TV (screen mirroring) and attached Primary bath ensuite. The second, guest bedroom is furnished with a large bunk bed (Queen bed on the bottom, Full bed on top) along with a flat screen TV and DVD player.

There is an extra Twin roll-away bed which fits nicely in the Primary bedroom, for additional sleeping space especially for a young child.

New 2024 large LG Smart TV with all the most common apps already loaded, just log into your subscriptions. HDMI and Internet cables all set to plug in your own device (Roku, Chromecast, PlayStation…) or watch the provided subscription to cable TV including local channels.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

Serene walking trails along Mammoth Creek right across the street or access the extensive Mammoth Lakes paved Trail System right at the entrance to the complex. Walk to the free Red Line shuttle for easy transportation and to ski at Mammoth Mountain without parking hassles.

Parking - Two unassigned outdoor parking spaces right out front available on a first come, first served basis. Easy accessibility with only a couple steps to this unit on the first floor and secure code keyless entry.

Extremely clean and cozy

The place is better in person! Usually pictures can be deceiving but not with this place. It is extremely clean and cozy. It was the perfect place for our family of 6. The communication with the property manager was superb, they responded immediately. We will definitely book a stay here in the future.

Lots of rules

As a VRBO host myself, I felt like the list of rules and potential charges were a big turn off. It definitely impacted our enjoyment and ability to relax. The unit itself was very nice and we enjoyed the space but we were woken up ever night by the upstairs neighbors walking around at midnight-3am.

Good for family’s with older kids

The property was extremely easy to find and check into. Parking was not an issue at all. It presented well and resembled photos that were online with a few things changed such as area rugs in the family room and kitchen. Positives: the family room was big enough and the kitchen was open to the kitchen table and family room which made it nice. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, especially when it comes to drying snow gear in between snow play. The hot water heater a a good size (which is not the norm for a rental) so as a party of 5 we never ran out of hot water. Negatives: the fire place has been converted to electric and the switch to turn it on and off is lying on the floor with wires coming out and going back into the fireplace. This is a big issues with little ones we had to put something in front of it because it beckoned to be played with. The top bunk really has no rail, so if you have little ones that roll it is a no go. And there is no plastic wear whatsoever, so if you want to make popcorn or need any kind of bowl it is all glass. Also the kitchen literally has the minimum don’t expect to cook a gourmet meal, I bought a spatula to use. My negatives are more need to know info. The location was great and was an easy drive to the store and around town. It was also extremely quiet during the week. We only had one person in the rental above us one night (with that said, know you will hear everything in the upper unit!)

Clean, comfortable and everything you need!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The check-in process was easy (lockbox). The entire place was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, cooking appliances). It was close to town and not far from Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge. Would definitely stay here again.

Neat as a pin

We've been vacationing with our kids at Snowcreek since Phase 1 was completer. This is one of the best maintained units we've stayed in. Now that we're grandparents, we appreciate the downstairs, single-story location. Amenities were spartan (Covid), but the description was accurate, so we knew exactly what to bring with us. thank you for a lovely stay.

Had what we needed

Good place for 2 adults and 3 teens- easy walk to shuttle. COVID restrictions entailed us bringing bedspreads and supplemental cookware. Hopefully non Covid there would be coffee filters, wine glasses and a bit more cookware.

Great condo with somewhat onerous house rules

This was a very nice condo and I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was the 17 item check-out guide that was provided after booking, each accompanied with a monetary penalty if the guest does not comply. Everyone should be a respectful guest and the owner has a right to make security deposit deductions but some items seemed a little unnecessary -- such as penalties for failing to close the shades, turning off the lights, and not returning the tablet to its charger. It also included fees if dishes were not cleaned and the trash was not taken to a dumpster -- these seemed egregious given the stated cleaning fee that is charged. All in all, I do think the condo was nice and I enjoyed my stay but I didn't feel as welcomed as I would have liked given those rules.

Great get away for a family of 4

Clean and efficient. The check in/check out process is so easy! All the information I needed was at my fingertips through the unit provided tablet. Nice neighborhood. I'm very happy at the extent of Covid 19 preparations they made. It made us more comfortable knowing they are cleaning and preparing according to Covid precautions. Thank you!

Lovely week away

We really enjoyed our stay in Mammoth. The condo was just as listed and we had plenty of space. The gas fire was a definite plus. And the thorough list of items they are unable to provide at the moment (due to Covid) was a huge help so we knew exactly what to pack. Shower head in master bath was excellent and there was more than enough hot water for everyone’s showers which is rare for a vacation rental. The one downside was the ceiling must be pretty thin and the upstairs neighbors were very loud and awake early in the morning and chopping wood on their patio off and on during the day. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. We loved walking around the neighborhood trails and didn’t miss being by the village at all. Plenty to do and close enough to everything, esp with the free shuttle.

613 Golden Creek - hidden gem

The place nice and very comfortable. I like that it was clean and laundry built in. The thermostat took a bit to manipulate. Overall, I would stay there again.

We were gone all day fishing. The condo was very comfortable, very quite in the evenings. The best thing for my brother and I was there were no stairs, a real plus. We will definitely try to rent it next year. The only complaint we have is " the Stove was not open open for dinner".

Very Cool !

We had a last minute trip to get away and found this place. We are familiar with the Mammoth Lakes area and knew right away that this was a place for us. Great value!! Great location!! Easy access (no stairs) !! Can’t tell you how relaxing our whole experience was!! If your in the area and need a place you need to check this one out.
