Nearly a ski-in/ski-out location! Come to this quiet, private mountain retreat that is just a short, one-block walk to Chairlift #15, located at the Juniper Springs area of Eagle Lodge and on the Greens of the Sierra Star Golf Course. This townhome-style, Bi-level condo boasts a fully-equipped granite kitchen, formal dining area/table for 6, in-unit washer/dryer, and a community heated pool (in summer) and spa (year-round).

Enjoy TVs in every room, and free high-speed internet. Park your car in the secured, heated, underground parking garage.

Stay warm while gathering around the custom river rock gas fireplace, or get some fresh air on the private deck with a Gas BBQ, overlooking the beautiful greens of the Sierra Star Golf Course.

Accommodates up to 6 people with a Queen size bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen TV, and 2 twin beds second bedroom with a flat screen TV, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

On the adjacent street, a free town shuttle picks up every 15 minutes, transitioning between The Village, shops, restaurants, discount outlets, movie theaters, grocery stores and more.

Two parking passes come with this unit. There is only one assigned space in the underground parking garage (space #210) .Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis around the complex in outdoor parking spots.

We had a lovely stay at Mammoth Green - very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Good communication for check in and out. Would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is exactly as pictured, extremely clean and very comfortable. The balcony overlooking the golf course is very nice as well as the view of the pine trees and mountains.

We spent a long weekend at this property and found it very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Finding the actual unit was a bit tricky as it is an upstairs unit and the numbers on the building and the door itself were somewhat hard to see and went out of logical order. (But it was also 2am and we were tired!) The location was great for access to Eagle lodge and also a quick, easy drive to food, shopping, and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a fantastic week in this cozy unit and enjoyed every single day! The deck had an amazing view of the golf course, with beautiful snow-capped mountains creating a stunning backdrop. We loved our morning coffee out there and soaking in the scenery—it was simply unforgettable!

Very well decorated two bedroom condo. The kitchen was well appointed, and had some pantry staples like salt, pepper, sugar, vegetable oil, etc. there are two coffee grinders for whole beans One disappointing thing was that the advertising information for this condo said it was less than a block from Mammoth resorts ski lift number 15. Make sure you check to see if that lift is still operating in the spring time, because unfortunately, it had already closed for this season when we were there.

Nice view off the balcony and adequate rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen could use some additional cookware but we were still able to get by for most meals. Being an upstairs unit the sound does transmit. We had the bottom neighbors complain about foot traffic due to our kids. Outdoors wise the pool and spa are a great feature to have. Also the bike path picks up right outside so we could literally hope on and ride into town. Overall, this place was at a great price point and there were no surprises. I would stay there again.

The condo was OK, but it needs some items that were missing. Such as;Spices (only a couple in the cabinet), there was no salt shaker, the coffeemachine is out dated, they need a K-Cup machine, there was no broom,or dustpan to sweep up the floor. There were so many rules with chargesattached to every single item. The swimming pool you couldn't swim in itdue to a thick layer of pollen floating on top of the water. The complexdid not have the skimmer system running, so the pool was really dirty.The complex was filling in black tar asphalt in the cracks of the parking lot,so both our vehicles got black tar on our tires, not good. Other than that,it was beautiful up there in the Mammoth area.
