That central location near Red Rocks and all those great spots is honestly one of our favorite things about the property too. The house had all the space we needed for our large group of 7 people across 4 families, and it was centrally located to the wedding venue near Golden, so it really worked out very well for our group! The price was very reasonable, though it is a little noisy being very close to I-70 and is located in an older neighborhood, no sidewalks, etc. Amenities were as advertised and the property was clean and everything was functional. On one of the days, the next-door neighbor had a crew performing some heavy tree trimming that was somewhat loud and disruptive, but the host was very responsive and rebated a portion of the stay due to the disruptions. We had a great stay!

Quesnell, glad Altitude worked so well as a home base for your wedding weekend near Golden, especially with four families all under one roof! The tree trimming situation was genuinely out of our control, but I appreciate you acknowledging how we handled it, and I meant it when I said that kind of disruption isn't what guests should have to deal with. Your notes about the neighborhood and highway noise are fair and helpful for future guests considering the property. Hope the wedding was a blast, and if your crew ever needs a Denver gathering spot again, we would love to host you.

We had a great stay. Management was very communicative and on top of things. Home was clean and well stocked. Would recommend and stay again.

This house worked perfect for our guys golf trip. Open living room with TVs and pool table was great. Backyard putting green was fun. The host contacted me in advance of check-in and let us know the Spa had stopped working and parts were not available until the day of our departure. They compensated for this appropriately. The house worked for us just fine. It’s a bit dated and showers could be bigger, and location left a little to be desired. But overall, very happy with the setup. Beds were comfy, house was clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen had plenty of cutlery and supplies. Good parking area. AC blew cold. Host was extremely quick and clear on communication. Well done. Recommend for next bro-trip to Denver/Golden area.

Out stay at Indica was wonderful! It was a HOT week in Denver and even when the A/C stopped working, kush kations sent a technician to fix it immediately. 10/10 for hospitality and service during our stay. Thank you so much!!

We had a good stay at the RedRocks Cozy Home. The house was clean with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The host was excellent, responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve a couple of small issues that came up, which made our experience even smoother. The air conditioning was a huge plus during a week of hot weather.Our kids loved the Pac Man arcade, PS5, and pool table, and the hot tub was great for winding down at the end of the day. Even though it was located off the highway, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which made it easy for our family to rest and recharge . The location was convenient, with quick highway access that helped us get to our planned activities outside of Denver.Overall, this home made our trip easy and enjoyable. It’s a good choice for families looking for space, in house entertainment, a quiet environment, and a central location close to nearby attractions.
