Spend your days between the pool, the spa and the game room at this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single level home on a quiet cul de sac in Thousand Oaks. Sleeps 9.

Backyard: private, fully fenced yard with a pool, spa (heating always included), BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining and sun loungers. Pool heating is $50 per day for stays under 7 nights and included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Game room: foosball, ping pong table, board games and a comfy sofa.

Inside: full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, dining area, indoor fireplace, smart TVs with cable in the living room and primary bedroom, dedicated workspace, wifi, washer and dryer, and air conditioning.

Location: steps from Glen Wood Park and minutes to the mall, grocery stores, restaurants and hiking trails.

This home is for relaxing, not parties. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, and events are not allowed.

We had a family get together and this property was perfect. Great location close to shopping and entertainment although there was plenty of entertainment on site. I am sure we will be back again

Although there were a few issues when we arrived, Adam was very responsive and we had a wonderful stay. The location of this place is fabulous, the house has everything you need, and the beds were really comfortable.

This was our second stay at this property in TO. Fabulous again. The house has everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Plenty space and a great pool. Host is always very helpful if you need anything. We will definitly be back again.

This property was very nice and very clean in a great neighborhood, However, we don't think the current owner is doing anything to keep the house up. The toilet in the master bedroom worked very sporadically and the owner did not do anything to fix it, even though we told him about it. The sinks in the other major bathroom had stoppers that did not stay up, We improvised to make that work but we should not have had to do that. Using the pool was a chore the whole time we were there. Guests should not have to control haw to us the pool. Another problem. The door on the dryer was broken off so the only way we could get the door open was to use a knife to open the door. That was ridiculous for us to manage. This owner has to pay attention to what is going on in an aging property and not let his guests figure out how to deal with problems that he should be taking care of prior to his guests renting his property.

I’m sorry some issues came up during your stay, and I’d like to share a bit of context for future guests. When you let me know about the master bathroom toilet that morning, I offered to send a plumber right away. Out of respect for your privacy and belongings, I didn’t want to give the door code to a technician while no one was home, so we scheduled the repair for when you returned. You arrived back around 5 p.m., and the toilet was fixed by 6 p.m. that same evening. The pool is fully functional. Heating the jacuzzi does require a few steps, which is common with residential pool systems. We’re adding clearer written instructions to the home so the process is simple for future guests. We’re aware of the dryer door handle, and a replacement is already underway. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back. Best regards, Adam

Great family friendly location for my family and I. Kids enjoyed the child friendly/oriented outdoors and foosball/pingpong table. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend !

We had a great stay! The house is so nice and clean and stocked with so many items you would need . It really felt like home . And the location is so close to restaurants, grocery stores and good restaurants. And the host is so friendly and kind . Made our family trip easy. We definitely wil be staying here again!

My family and I (4) stayed here for the week of 4th of July. The house was very clean with plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. The pool and jacuzzi were great especially during the heat. There are plenty of games to play inside and outside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and just hang out. The washer and dryer were very nice to have. We grew up here so we already knew where everything was. However Adam (host) sent a very comprehensive list of restaurants, stores and activities to do. If you are new to the area it really is helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet and and it is safe enough to go for a walk at night. We will definitely stay here when we come in to town again.

This was my first time ever renting a home privately, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was clean. Everything was in order. And loved all the little extras they had. The Hot tub and pool were very clean!! I will definitely reserve this home again.
