- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The nearest parking lots are the Tronchetto Parking and the AVM Municipal Parking Garage at Piazzale Roma: from both, you can reach the Zattere stop by vaporetto (line B or 2 from Tronchetto, lines 5 or 6 from Piazzale Roma) and from there continue on foot for about 4 minutes.



- From Venice Marco Polo Airport, you can reach the apartment in less than an hour by public transportation: take bus 35 to Piazzale Roma, then vaporetto line 6 to Zattere B, and walk for about 4 minutes.



- From the Venezia Santa Lucia train station, you can reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by taking vaporetto line 5.1 from the Ferrovia C stop to Zattere B and walking for about 4 minutes.
