Great location! It was nice to come back to a quiet location after a busy day. The balconies overlooking the canal was the highlight! Would recommend this place to others!

Rita was a great host- very responsive and helpful. When we were having difficulty she helped us arrange a water taxi from our nearest dock to the transportation hub when we needed it- invaluable! The apartment was perfect for our group of four, and such a wonderful location! We were close to the water and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go in Venice. Highly recommend this property!

The property was even better than described. The views from the balcony are fun to have. Maria was also very helpful when our flight got canceled and we needed a little extra time then a place to keep our luggage to rebook a later flight.

This is a great place with views of the grand canal and a side canal. Walks to a large plaza with restaurants are close but one can walk to numerous other places which are tucked into narrow spaces as well as large plazas. The apartment is spacious with two bathrooms. There are stairs to the apartment but they are manageable. We stayed for six nights and did locate a grocery market but ate out most often. Bottom line - everything one needs for a lengthy stay is available. Good price, nice amenities.

This property is dang near perfect! The only suggestion I would give is to put an actual bed in the one bedroom instead of the daybed. Although a couple of the reviews said how comfortable it was, that was not my experience. It was not comfortable at all and my husband and I kept rolling into the middle

This was an amazing place in the perfect location! The place was clean and perfectly laid out with beautiful views of the canals.Our host was very responsive and helpful. We had a magical trip and would definitely stay here again!

Nice spacious apartment - room enough for 2 couples. Great area behind Campo San Polo. Peek a boo view of the grand canal. Interesting books and artwork in the apartment. 2 bathrooms - 1 traditional and 1 more modern.2 negatives:1. Noise - directly next door is under construction. One morning, they started at 4:15am with extremely loud banging. I would definitely hesitate to book here unless the construction is complete. Additionally, the Campanile next to the apartment is used from 5:30 to 9:30 for deliveries, garbage collection, etc. This will not be going away so don't book here if you are a light sleeper and don't want to get up early.2. The front gate requires a key to open. This should be modified with a release button for safety in case of fire or other emergency.

The property is in a good location however the trade off is the early morning noise from deliveries on the square that continue for hours. Check in was allowed slightly early when the property was ready but was confused. We have previously stayed in old properties in Venice but this property together with furniture and kitchen is very tired and cluttered. We book an apartment so that we can cook but lighting the gas hob with a lighter is a step too far and was difficult to control. Not the best stay we have had in Venice!

Very convenient location, beautiful canal view, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay again if we went back to the beautiful city of Venice!

Wow - what a great place. I can't say enough. The apartment is large and well-maintained. The location is awesome. And what really made the whole experience comfortable and easy were the hosts. The communication before the stay is fantastic, the directions are detailed, and their availability was constant and helpful. They made it so easy to locate their home and arrive easily. The place was clean and comfortable. Having laundry was great. The trash boat does stop outside the apartment most days, but honestly we found it fascinating and enjoyed watching the whole process. This is the place to stay, and my husband, my daughter, and I were very comfortable and happy here. It was wonderful to have our own laundry as well.

Lovely apartment really in the center of things! 2 bathrooms which is rare plus a bed and 2 pull out couches. Air conditioning plus fans really helped in the hot summer. Owners are super communicate and helpful! Only slight challenge is the sound of the garbage pickup on the canal early on some weekday mornings. If you’re sensitive to sound you might want earplugs. But the place is really worth it and we highly recommend.

Rita was easy to communicate with and provided plenty of details and recommendations to help us make the most of this well located, beautiful apartment. It is rare to get such expansive views of canals, including the Grand canal, at this price point. The apartment is ideal for those visitors who enjoy watching the traffic on the canals, not just the gondolas but also the daily, pragmatic functions that happen by boat in this unique city on water. The building is quiet, with just three units, in a campiello (small square) just a few steps from Campo San Polo.

Wonderful home. A touchy tricky to find and instructions for finding the front door could be more logical/specific. Would happily stay here. The ad says no hidden fees but you are expected to leave cash for cleaning and tourism fee.

sorry if you had problem at arrival but we remain always available for any help guests need. Sorry also if you did not read before that tax and cleaning fee are not included in the price (you find the advise in the rule of the house that you can see before booking) In any case thanks for your review and I hope you enjoyed your stay.

This apartment is quite spacious with many rooms to spread out! Has everything you need and great views of the canal from the living space and main bedroom. We often stood outside or sat on the steps just outside the apartment in the evening to watch the boats go by. Our hostess was OUTSTANDING with great communication, lots of info, and quick responses! Thank you so much!!!

Host was an excellent communicator and the flat was quite clean, attractive, and near most major attractions. Rialto Bridge is a short walk away and Santa Lucia station is about a 12-15 minute walk. We found it a great location and lovely flat for exploring Venice.
