The room was well equipped and spacious. It is in a great location close to Waikiki and a several convenience stores right next door. You cant go wrong staying there.

Loved our stay

Our location was perfect for where we needed to be. The host was amazing and clear on what we needed to do. Would stay there over and over when we come back!

The room is spacious but if you slide the bed out to access an electric outlet it is very dirty. What appeared to be cockroach wings, a broken toothed clip for a woman’s hair and trash. The room did not look as presented. The ac worked okay, if you could make the wobbly tall fan with the broken buttons work. It has to be tilted just right off the base to run. The laundry room was “closed until further notice” more than half of the curtains over the windows were not attached to the rod so there were large gaps. The bed was shoved against the curtained wall, not as presented in the ad. There was a broken nightstand, visible in the as photo pushed into a corner away from the bed that covered blackened floor base boards, no dish soap to wash the free utensils and a bowl I’d used. my other trip to Kona, my VRBO was perfect and I had washed my own laundry and dishes. The bed had very thin sheets but it slept comfortably eno ugh. The was a large tv at the base of the bed, eye level. There is no parking spot attached to the room so you can pay 50 for overnight parking or, if you’re lucky find a spot to park on the street but be required to move the vehicle from 6:30 to 8: 30 am and pm. Bad bet overall

Lousy setup for room, headboard was barely attached to frame, polyester sheets over mattress with no pad, no night stand. Dirty window ledges and you could hear every bit of the intense traffic noise from Ala Wai through the windows. Air conditioner was deafening even with silicone ear plugs. Bad deal for this price point and the reviews through Expedia are not representative of what you get. There are better deals in Waikiki. Left after one night. This is an expensive mistake to make.

This property was perfect for my friend and I who were first timers to Hawaii! Everything we needed was included and we had a beautiful view of the canal. We were about a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and everything is very close by! I definitely recommend the cafe that is attached to the hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

The studio room was neat and tidy and met our needs. The facilities were good as was the location. Our host was friendly and accommodating and we would recommend the property to other couples visiting for a few days.

Amazing again.

I stayed here last year too and it's perfect. Clean, very good location and communication with the host was good. The WiFi and pool area were amazing! I recommend 10/10.

Bucket List Trip to Hawai'i

I loved staying here! Perfect for our trip! I have so much more i would love to share about this place, however the review box isn't big enough! If you go, stop by the coffee shop on the lower level! Masalas to die for, guaranteed!

The room is easily accessible with very convenient check-in and checkout and has all the basic amenities. It is small but cozy and the location is fantastic, only 7 min walk away from the convention center. Parking on site is expensive and cash-only which was inconvenient.

The room was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. Jan was proactive in reaching out and responsive. Large collections of food trucks and a 7-eleven nearby made meals easy. Recommend highly!
