Near world famous Waikīkī beach. Breezy Waikīkī studio with AC and private lanai. Naturally cleaned with non-toxic products. Features cotton bedding, plush towels, and barefoot-friendly comfort. Walk to beach, dining, and surf.

The space:
Spacious studio with AC, private lanai, and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable queen bed with premium cotton bedding, plush towels, and barefoot-friendly flooring. Bright, airy space ideal for relaxing between Waikīkī adventures.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire building including the laundry facilities.
Shops, cafés, and dining are steps away. Beach, surf, and nightlife are within a short walk.

Parking: Street parking right outside the building and around the area. Paid parking options in the area.

The place was clean except for the bath tub. It was horrible and needs to be resurfaced or replace if it is stained. I would suggest adding the wi-fi connection and how to operate the air conditioning using the remote. We had a hot day and night without a/c. The location has Lots of street noise. Good price for Hawaii. Good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is horrible. The owner should give the address of a nearby garage instead of just saying street parking is available....it is but really hard to find.

Thanks for acknowledging the cleanliness. Bathtub is fine, perhaps a few stains, nothing major I don’t think. There is WiFi lol- the instructions were in your welcome guide. You also messaged me for it and I sent them to you. Also the AC remote is by your bedside, not that hard to figure out. Waikiki is popular, I can’t control noise. PS: I left you a 5 star review even though you left lots of what looked like bloodstains on my sheets. Thanks!

We stayed for a little over a week and the host checked in via Vrbo messaging regularly to ensure we were still doing okay.

The location was very convenient for the beach, shopping and food. We did found it difficult to find parking which was frustrating. The condo was fairly clean but not does need an update. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

👍 For anyone reading, there’s street parking and metered parking outside the building and around the area. Paid parking at island colony hotel in next lane. 445 seaside ave. I tried asking the host how their trip was etc, but no response. Had they asked I would’ve helped with parking info.

The instructions for entering and departing were very clear, and easy to follow. The unit was clean and fully functional, and the view was quite good (although the weather during my stay made the view less relevant).

Host was great, check-in instructions were clear. Place was clean and as advertised. A/c did not work, and we could have used an extra roll of toilet paper, dish soap, and a toilet plunger, as well as an extra set of towels and a small broomdustpan.

I think either the power button wasn’t on or the remote needed a battery replacement. Check in instructions were easy to follow. The host was readily available and quick with responses throughout our whole stay. Location was great and an easy walk to popular areas around Waikiki. The amenities in the condo are very simple so depends on how much you utilize those. Good location and stay for the price we paid.

The apartment is easy to find, easy check-in (good communication with the host), well located near all facilities and activities (beach, stores, restaurants, bars, etc). The view on the balcony is nice and the AC kept the room cool. We appreciated the filtered water bottle but we missed a coffee maker, toaster and some oil cooking. We also need to mention that the apartment needs a thorough cleaning. F&P, Canada

Thanks for appreciating the filtered water bottle. Coffee maker: I have the French press, not sure it was there. Toaster I will consider adding as well as cooking oil. Host was responsive and gave clear check in/out instructions. Only issue was parking, but fortunately there was a nearby parking location in island colony hotel. Room was pretty clean and had all necessary stuff. Also, place is in quite safe area and everything in walking distance. I recommend this place!

Cons: None of what I'm about to say is the host's fault. But...parking is very difficult if you don't get in early. I didn't see any info on the listing but there is only street parking sometimes pretty far away. The unit itself was clean but the building was not in good shape. The building fire alarm went off both nights at 4 am, requiring evacuation. The elevator also stopped working and we had to carry our luggage down 6 flights. Some creepy guy stuck a lucky charm marshmallow over our peep hole, claiming it was "a joke". Wasn't funny.Pros: clean unit, pretty view, decent location/proximity to local attractions. Great water pressure. Cold a/c, decently functional kitchenette. Pleasant and responsive host.

Room was not cleaned and available at the stated 3pm checkin time. Owner asked us to delay arrival until 6pm to give him time to clean the unit himself. It took longer than he thought because all the washers and dryers in the complex were broken. He advised us the unit would be ready by 8 pm. He advised us at 9 pm the unit was ready, but unfortunately he told us the sheets and towels were still damp because he couldn’t use the dryers. So at 9 pm we bought sheets and two towels at the local Target store. He did offer to refund 60 for the inconvenience. I told him that was less than I expected because that just covered the cost of the sheets we had to purchase. He sent me a 70 refund.The unit was conveniently located in Waikiki. It has a balcony with a nice view over the river. Although street parking is extremely limited the public Parking Garage at 47 a day was available.
