It is two blocks from the world-famous Waikiki Beach, one block away from International Market Place, and numerous entertainments and restaurants.

This vacation rental is located on the 14th floor of the Aloha Surf hotel in the heart of Waikiki.
The studio accommodates up to 4 people comfortably with a King-sized bed and a full size pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two.
45 sqft balcony space with surf board in the lanai.
Laundry Room is located in the basement, by the parking entrance.

It is perfect for your trip with just steps away from all the excitement that's happening in Waikiki, the attraction, the nightlife, the shopping, and a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Parking:
Hotel parking is first 2 hours free, fees apply after 2 hours. A nightly parking pass is also available, please call the front desk for further detail and the cost.

Guest Access:
Aloha Surf offers a pool, BBQ and tables, a restaurant, a comfortable lobby area. It even has an ATM on the ground floor. The lobby is open 24/7.

The Aloha spirit welcomes you the minute you step foot at the lobby of Aloha Surf.

Laundry is located on the basement floor, by the parking entrance.
Laundry room hour is from 6am-10pm. Coin and Credit Card accepted.

The Neighborhood:
The location of this vacation rental is a few blocks away from the iconic Waikiki Beach. It is near the famous Ala Wai Canal, it is situated at the corner of Kanekapolei and Ala Wai Blvd.
There are shops, cafes along the way to the beach. Sand Bar & Grille, Sansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar, Duke's Waikiki, Yoshisune, Oahu Mexican Grill are a few of the eateries that are worthy of mention.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)

Please respect the community: No parties, events and keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We highly recommend our guests invest in travel insurance which reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation plan & investment as it might forces you to incur unplanned expenses.
If you have not purchased travel insurance, you acknowledge you have read and understood our cancellation policy on behalf of all occupants of this vacation rental.

Note: We have a no pet policy. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 02 guests $25 per person, per night.

Well equipped & good size room

Happy with our stay and would probably use again if looking for good value at lower end of market. Pros - well stocked with everything you need, comfortable for price range, balcony is great, beach chairs and surf board available for use. Never waited for lifts and hotel staff friendly. Cons - Only suggestion would be to check that sheets were being provided for the sofa bed a few days prior to your stay if required. We had to purchase some in the end as they couldn’t get anyone to deliver them for the first night, however they did try to arrange. Easy to get hold of mgt company at all times.

Vacation stay

I really do not like leaving bad reviews, but this was just not a pleasant stay for a vacation. I have to say, the property managers were very responsive very quickly, but I felt very deceived by the posting. The listing makes it look like a condo, but it’s in a hotel, without any of the hotel amenities.If you want to park there, you have to pay almost 40 DOLLARS A NIGHT. When it really should be free for the price you’re spending. There is very limited street parking so that was a nightmare. The AC was the real problem of this stay. The room was constantly at almost 80 degrees, even with the AC being on all day. The management did look into it, but we could barely sleep for 17 days at this Vrbo. We avoided being in the room at all costs. There is no washer dryer provided, you need to go to the basement and use coin laundry. It was very clean, so we did appreciate that. Again, I feel bad writing this review, but we were not satisfied with our stay for the price we paid.

Disappointing.Parking is nightmare.The listing says parking and street pking. Truth: 45 a night and only if available at hotel. If not a guest at hotel, no rights to park there unless they had an opening. They were full most nights and did not allow us to park there. Parking was almost impossible to find and we circled multiple blocks for 10 to 15 minutes to find 1.Metered parking was 2 to 3 an hour and had to pay every two hours. Marabella misrepresented availability and pricing. M also did follw required procedures and list us as visitors to their condo so hotel would not let us park due to this. We had no sheets on bed first night. Semiclean. There was food in the pull out sleeper and jewelry stuck in it. . When sleeper sofa was open at night there was no room to move. We only had carry on bags and two people . 3 or 4 people would be tripping all over each other. We got 3 towels for 7 nights. Overall dissapointing. Their websites portal only allows you to give a give a 5 star rating or nothing. What should have been great vacation was stressful because of this condo. Stay at the hotel directly. Get housekeeping clean towels and parking. About the same price without the hassle. If we did not have a car it mght have been a little better. One plus is you are in downtown honolulu and it is a very walkable city. Beach is 15 minute walk in major traffic roads. Would not recomend if younger kids. 14th floor not secure for them on balcony.
