House has an open layout and a peaceful atmosphere. Step out to the pool for a refreshing swim and enjoy outdoor dining. The screened patio is the perfect haven to sip a glass of wine or enjoy a morning coffee and a good book. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate 6 people and is the perfect spot for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. Roku TVs in Living Room and in each bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms. A pet friendly and work-friendly accommodation with high-speed internet. Fully equipped, laundry room with provided laundry essentials The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, Ninja Professional Blender to make refreshing cocktails. All the comforts of your own home!!!

They are everything you need for the beach (beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand toys).10-minute drive to a large variety of restaurants, shops and beaches.

Our property is family-friendly. We provide sand toys, pool toys, board games, and pack n play. The property is seven miles from Sun-N-Fun Lagoon water park and Children's Museum and 3 miles from Naples Zoo. Poinciana Village Park has a tennis court and playground. We provide 2 tennis rackets and tennis balls.

Poinciana Village is a friendly community, very nice and safe neighborhood. The central location enables you to reach within a less than 10 mins drive to downtown Naples (5th Avenue, Naples Piers, Tin City) or luxurious Mercato!

At the same time, there are many beautiful beaches from which to watch the sunset and enjoy the Gulf Coast's warm waters. The closest beach is Clam Pass Park at the western end of Pine Ridge Road. There is a 0.6-mile boardwalk. Other activities nearby include the Coastland Center shopping mall, Naples Philharmonic Center, Botanical Garden, Golf(Quail Run Golf Club), Tennis(World Tennis Club),

This is a vacation house I'm sure you would love and appreciate. Enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool in one of the comfy chaise lounges, or grill out on the outdoor barbeque and have a meal at the cozy covered outdoor dining table. This is Naples living!

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities, comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was awesome and everything was very clean! The pool was awesome and heated which was great for those cooler days in February!

This home was perfect! The outdoor space was amazing, we grilled serval nights because we couldn’t get the kids out of the pool! The home had everything we needed and the beach towels, chairs and cooler were much appreciated! Mariya was very accommodating and offered up great suggestions of things to do in the area!

Me and my two kids loved the house and pool ! The house was clean and had everything you needed to play in the pool and go to one of the beautiful beaches. The pool was the perfect warm temperature for my picky kids, and the house was spacious. The neighborhood was cute and minuets away from everything. We will be staying again.

Extremely organized, clean, and the host was receptive. It was just my Wife and I for this trip. We especially enjoyed the privacy of our own pool. Location is central to all things Naples.

Very nice set up… layout of space is great with the three bedrooms at one end and the living room in the middle and a very large kitchen area with large table. Slider right off the living room to the cupboard porch and screened in pool – very nice area to relax either in or out of the sun. Dishes, bowls, glasses, utensils were a plenty. Would stay here again.

Great Time for our winter getaway!

Owner was amazing and the very few little things that needing attending to wete immediately addressed. We highly recommend this home. Quiet neighborhood and a great place..

Great stay!

The house was in the perfect location. Very clean! And the manager was so nice in email exchanges. We were sad to leave and would stay again!

Everything it promised

The house was even better than what the pictures could capture. This is a must for your next visit to Naples. Communication with the owner was quick and extremely helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Great place for a family. Very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Very safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and very nice. Would definitely return.

Amazing Home

We had such a wonderful family vacation here! The home is in a great neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach. The best part was the private, heated pool. Our kids were in there every free moment we had! Very clean, very comfortable, and just perfect. We didn't want to come home!

The home was spacious for six of us. Property was clean. Pool was nice. Convenient central location. Tennis court and basketball was an added attraction for my 3 boys! Thank you.

Naples Trip

Property was clean. Pool was great and heated. Mattresses were not great and could use an upgrade. Light and fan in master bedroom did not work. (or we couldn't figure it out)

Dorado Way

Nice spacious house with a nice pool area. Large pool with sitting and dining area under the lanai. Check in was good except for an issue getting the WiFi to work. Called Fran and she replied quickly. She said she didn’t know how to fix it and told me to call Mariya. I left Mariya a message and never heard from her. Luckily I figured out the issue.

Naples return.

Lovely villa in quiet residential neighbourhood. Car is an absolute must have in order to appreciate NAPLES and its great beaches. Pool, barbeque and outside patio great for relaxing. Villa spacious and well appointed. Odd problems sorted immediately by property manager who lives directly opposite.Definitely recommended.

Beautiful house!

We really loved our stay at this property! The location was great, not too far from shops / beaches etc. Everything was spotless. The owners even left us a bottle of wine, some beers and some chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch. We’d definitely book again :-)
