Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach itself is a quick 250 yard stroll. Lexi's Beach Loft is located on the non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails. All flooring in the unit is brand new as of December 2018

Birthday Get-a-way.

We had such a fun time in New Smyrna Beach and staying at this condo was perfect for us. All of the directives given were well established before we began our road trip & this made the check-in and directives easily accessed. The condo was inviting, clean, well supplied, and great location. The communications were prompt and we were very impressed with the location. Perfect for a relaxing family trip!!

Sea Woods is a great neighborhood, and this condo is perfectly placed: a short walk to the beach or three pools, a short drive into town! It has all the amenities we needed and we spent a week of relaxation and fun!

Beach weekend

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with pools and just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping w close by. The owner responded to questions in minutes, which is a definite plus. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic!

We have two younger children and this place was great! It had quick easy access to the beach and the ocean was even somewhat visible from the upstairs and could watch the sunrise a bit as well. The pictures do not do it justice for the size, very large. We are from Colorado and the unit had plenty of fans and a great working A/C- which we were thankful for :). We will visit again! highly recommend for a larger group or family. The master bed was extremely comfortable.

Better than expected

This place was fantastic! I don’t feel like the pictures do it justice. The condo was absolutely adorable and so was the community. Great amenities and super quiet/peaceful. We would 100% stay here again.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Plenty of provisions to get you started. Very clean. Although the kitchen is a bit outdated, the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Everything as advertised. Host communicates quickly and honestly. Unit and walking paths are very quiet. Yes, the screened in deck is noisy because of car traffic, but that was no surprise and did not affect a good nights sleep. The property is close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves, and shops. We would stay here again.

The property was very convenient. Saw lots of tortoises at Smyrna dunes park. We were able to drive onto the beach with an entry near the park. Gorgeous views.

Comfortable place to stay in NSB.

Jack’s place is like home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location, close to the beach, and restaurants. Will stay there again if we return to the area.

Beautiful property and wonderful location

This property was gorgeous! The unit was clean and well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice. The area is quiet and safe, well landscaped and great for walking. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent as well. We will definitely return!

Laid back family getaway

The beach was easily accessible. The main strip for restaurants was fairly close with a wide variety. The condo had all the amenities needed. Jack and John thought of everything.

Jack and John have a cute get away. Very well appointed. Everything you could want including toys for hanging out at the beach. We appreciated the coffee, shampoo and even ear plugs! Easy access to groceries etc.

Great stay in 2022

I admit I was a bit nervous that the property would be cramped knowing it is in a multi-unit building. My worries were gone once we checked-in. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and space to spare. The property has great amenities and the location was great. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nice beach. Jack left us great instructions regarding our stay and the binder/notebook in the property had all the other info we needed. We will not hesitate to stay again next time we are in NSB.

Why do we have to leave?!

We had a wonderful time at Lexi's Loft / Jack & John's place... owners were responsive, provided all the thoughtful basics - paper towels, extra soap/shampoo & toilet paper, etc. Even the beach gear was pristine! Note: we didn't have small kids, but if you do, the stairs to the loft are a bit hard to navigate / fence off. Great owners' manual / binder with info, and quiet, calm get-away. Definitely would stay here again!

PERFECT Week after Christmas, we needed extra space for family

Perfectly comfortable. We had a lot of family visiting for Christmas and needed to spread out, and this was an awesome find. Sea is just an easy 4 minute walk to the white, powdery sand beaches. Beaches not crowded at all! Back porch had plenty of beach toys. Area was quiet, well lit, and seemed safe. Ample parking. Dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, everything we needed and then some. Lots of information about the area restaurants. Exceeded expectations. Exceptional host.

Beach trip

We booked for the rusty Wallace driving experience which got cancelled. We still enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the property!! It’s so spacious and has all the amenities. We would definitely come back to stay.

Nice Condo, Good Location

This is a good property for a nice get away to New Smyrna. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft area. The beach is about a block away. There is plenty of room for maybe four people, it could get a little crowded for more than four adults. The place was clean and all major amenities are present. There isn't much of a view though. You have to go to the loft area to see a little bit of ocean above rooftops. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay. We would rent again.

Lovely Beachy Getaway!

This was place was perfect for our family's summer vacay! It was a great size for our family of four. We loved the beachy decor, it was clean and had everything we needed including beach supplies. New Symrna is a great town, not too crowded, with lots of cute restaurants and shops. Hosts were responsive, and the property was quiet and had a neighborhood feel. Would definitely recommend!
