It’s Beachy Keen! November 29 to December 15 dates available!

New Smyrna has some of the best beaches in Florida. From the wonderful balcony, you can enjoy the sound of the crashing waves and the beautiful views. This unit boasts a fully stocked, recently renovated kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops and all other necessary items to make your vacation fabulous. New elevators. New and wider stairs for direct access to the beach. You’ll feel right at home!

The master bedroom suite has balcony access with beach view and is equipped with a king sized bed, 32” flat-screen color TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50” flat screen color TV and Blue Ray Player, and two luxurious leather recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, brand-new refrigerator/ice maker, new microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and drip), toaster, and dishwasher. You also have the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with generous closet space and a chest of drawers with a Smart TV (for streaming) and VHS player. There is a second bathroom with a newly remodeled tub and shower combo. Free Wi-Fi service included!

The building has private gated beach access within 50 feet. Security cameras on all floors, game/recreation room, pool area, and viewing the parking lot. The large pool is heated in the winter months for guest enjoyment. There are 2 gas grills for use by guests. The newly remodeled recreation room on the 1st floor has a pool table and ping pong table. Parking is available in the large lot. There is a great selection of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Turtle Mound is a great visit for nature lovers and a short distance away. New Smyrna Beach has something for everyone and no doubt your stay will be memorable.

Homely, comfortable and most of all the best location. Our family stayed in various condos throughout our stay (around 25 of us) and Beachy Keen was the most homely. Will definitely stay again

Beachy Keen was absolutely perfect. The condo is so cozy and relaxing! It was extremely clean and well cared for and the location is just perfect. And the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning!

We come to New Smyrna beach every year at this time. There were no issues and the place was wonderful. We woupd definitely stay here again

Comfortable and pleasant furnishings. WiFi and streaming available in three rooms. Well appointed kitchen and in unit appliances including washer dryer, ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. View of the ocean and pool. The building is clean, permanent tenants welcoming, plenty of parking. Excellent hosts.

Wonderful

Condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very good beach and ocean view without having to deal with the heat and direct all morning sunshine experienced with full ocean view condos. Really look forward to returning at a later date. Owners provided easy contact for any problems, questions or needs.

Steve and Cathy are wonderful host! Communication was excellent. Condo is clean and comfy with so much attention to detail. The beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Has everything needed to prepare meals. Has a wonderful "homey" feel. Nice to sit on the balcony and hear the sounds of the beach. The location is great with easy access to many restaurants and Flagler Ave. for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for a great beach vacation.

Family spring break

We loved Beachy Keen, it’s perfect. Loved the beach location, and so nice that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. For a family, the space is nice with two full bathrooms and the washer and dryer is great.

Awesome place!

Amazing property. Less than 100 steps to the beach. Every amenity you can imagine. Ocean view, beautiful pool. Host was easy to contact. Close to everything. Can't wait to come back!

Fabulous condo

Wonderfully stocked condo with many amenities not often provided. No shortage of kitchenware and personalized touches in the bathrooms. Very clean and easy access to two elevators. Beach chairs were so handy. Wasn’t the best weather, but was wonderful stay. We were able to watch a launch from Cape Canaveral from the balcony. Beautiful! No shortage of parking and easy walk to gorgeous park across the road with a dolphin watch pier. Thank you for being so accommodating.

The condo was very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. And we cook a lot. There were even 4 fans for use! There was a beach view to the south from the balcony which also overlooked the pool area. Steve and Cathy were very quick to respond to messages and also have a detailed set of instructions prior to arrival—very helpful!

This is our 4th stay at Beachy Keen. It’s very clean, great location for Orlando, Port Orange, and Daytona. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice view of beach. Quiet condo community. Looking forward to retuning next year.
