The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50” flat screen color TV and Blue Ray Player, and two luxurious leather recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, brand-new refrigerator/ice maker, new microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and drip), toaster, and dishwasher. You also have the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with generous closet space and a chest of drawers with a Smart TV (for streaming) and VHS player. There is a second bathroom with a newly remodeled tub and shower combo. Free Wi-Fi service included!

The building has private gated beach access within 50 feet. Security cameras on all floors, game/recreation room, pool area, and viewing the parking lot. The large pool is heated in the winter months for guest enjoyment. There are 2 gas grills for use by guests. The newly remodeled recreation room on the 1st floor has a pool table and ping pong table. Parking is available in the large lot. There is a great selection of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Turtle Mound is a great visit for nature lovers and a short distance away. New Smyrna Beach has something for everyone and no doubt your stay will be memorable.
