Lovely Comfortable Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience for multi-generational family of 7. Worked perfectly for us. Coastal Homes and Villas is always very responsive even on Sunday when we didn't know how to get in the garage for the beachchairs. Loved the home, pool, amenities, decor, cleanines, location & on and on. Kitchen is really over equipmented with cookware, dishs etc. We've been coming to Seapines for decades and I must say that this home was the best in meeting all of our needs. I expect that we will be back yearly!

Great Family House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great (clean, spacious, separate ice machine and two refrigerators, great appliances and the pool area). Close to the beach (2.5 minute walk).I have two suggestions: in the bedroom on the first floor, a king or queen bed would be much better than the full size bed & the french doors going to the pool area need to be fixed, so that both doors do not open.Overall fantastic house!

The downstairs bedroom is currently a queen bed. We will share your comments with the owner for any potential future changes in the home. We also took a look at the french doors this weekend and found there is a bolt on the left door that needs to be engaged in order for both of them not to open. Great home, loved the location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are longtime visitors to Sea Pines but have never stayed this far north. Really loved the ease of this location, and the beach walk was so direct. The home was very comfortable, extremely well stocked and you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in it. We'd love to return!One note is there is next to no space for pantry items which I found to be strange. There are so many things for entertaining but it takes up the entire kitchen cabinetry, and I'd have much preferred not to have our groceries taking over the countertops.

Great house

Directions for use of pool and spa were very clear. Our only issue is that with our grandchildren who are now mostly adults ... we found that we could have used another bedroom. There are 12 of us.

Beautiful Piece of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been doing rentals for years and this is by far one of our favorites!!!! Home is beautiful, clean and well thought out. Space is perfect and the Guest House is fabulous for anyone with babies/small children. The house was equipped with pretty much anything you could possibly need and more and the pool/spa are a great size and get plenty of sun and you don't have to worry about a lot of tree debris always falling into them which is a plus. Location to the beach is great and the walk path is just outside of the gate. Will be looking to rent this one next year for sure!

Lovely house, highly responsive management company

The house is lovely and extremely well maintained with high end appliances, nice linens and towels, well stocked kitchen. We experienced a hurricane threat during our stay and the management company kept us informed and brought over flashlights which the house failed to have. The management company always responded promptly to all of our inquiries. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the grounds were nicely landscaped. Our rental on Hilton Head last summer had a larger pool and backyard area but this pool was sufficient for our party of 5 adults and 2 young kids. We highly recommend this property and the management company.

Wonderful house! Terrible weather!

Loved the house for our group and we all want to return. However the recent hurricane and flooding hazards made some of us depart on Monday morning due to ages of our young children, before the storm hit full force. We had evacuated another storm previously and knew that the backlog of cars at gas stations and floods on the low country roads could endanger the children if we did not take these warnings seriously. Our second group departed Tuesday afternoon mid thunderstorms and standing water on the streets. The pool was nearing flood level. Left purchased goods behind . We notified the office of our departure and were thanked for the notice. We did as requested by lowering umbrellas. Stacking the chaises, removing pillows. Hope things returned to normal quickly. Please ask us back when the dust settles. The house was gracious, roomy for us, proximity to beach was perfect! We were exhausted from the coming and going but hope for sunny days ahead next season when we can return.

Beautiful charm!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect! We’ve been coming to HH for years and this house was a favorite! The kitchen is very well stocked. The location is perfect. My teens were able to bike to the shops and Starbucks everyday. I was initially concerned about a lack of shade in the back by the pool but there were three large umbrellas over the seating area and the pool got plenty of shade in the late afternoon. We’ve never gone back to a rental property because we like to try new places every year, but we may change our minds with this home. Would highly recommend. We left a fun puzzle for future guests to enjoy.

Family visit to HHI

Everyone had a beautiful room with a full bath and no disagreements about who got which room. The home is spacious and well appointed. There was plenty of room to sit together and quiet nooks to sit and get away. The management company was very responsive each time we reached out with questions or for help.

A wonderful vacation in Seapines
