Islamorada trip

Property met everything we needed. On a canal for our boat to dock at. Beautiful pool for the kids. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Had all amenities we required for an excellent vacation

Great stay in the Florida Keys!

Short walk to restaurants

The traffic light to ease access to Route 1 was a factor in my selection of this property. Lane closures for water line work largely eliminated this benefit for part of our stay, but there are several good dining options within easy walking distance. This is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect and the communication with the host was great. Pool is small, but was welcome after a day of fishing. Beds were fine for 5 people and the linens were clean. Overall cleanliness of the house was not great. Dishes, cups, and pans were dirty. I had to wash them before using. Floors could have used a better cleaning also. One suggestion for the host. I know Key Largo well and fishing spot there, but not Tavenier. Should add reef locations to your book at the house.

We were 3 adults and 4 children staying at this VRBO property. It was very clean, neat and comfortable. The kids had a great time fishing of the back dock. The owners are co-operative and friendly. We highly recommend is rental property. Betty Volker Chico, CA

Average not luxurious

The owner was very nice to let us check in early. However, it’s not luxurious as described. Dated property with old furniture and old stained sheets and towels. The pool is small and there is a camera facing the pool. It has great potential and would love to come back for the great location if little things could be improved

My family and I absolutely loved this rental. The home was so neat and clean. The location was perfect. Plenty of room to dock our boat. The owner was wonderful and very responsive to anything we needed. Will definitely stay again !

Great location between Key Largo and Islamorada

Stop light to get out on Hwy 1, close to marina to charter boat or arrange fishing charter. Close to facilities to rent jet skis Kayaks etc. Julio is great to work with and the property was clean and comfortable!

January 2022 vacation

We loved this property, fishing was great! Had a manatee stop by the dock a couple times during the week. It was nice to keep the boat at the dock while we stayed. I wish the posting was updated recently, seems the "whole house remodel" may have been done a few years ago. Overall the house was still really nice, and would stay there again. The owner was very nice, and stayed in contact durring our stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Loved this vacation home for our family of 5. Beautiful home! Kids LOVED the pool. Perfect location with grocery, dining, and activities nearby. Appreciated the multiple options for our boat with the marina right across the street and a boat ramp within walking distance.

Everything was wonderful!

The house was just perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and felt like home...wish it was lol! The location for boating was perfect, docked out boat right out back! Pool was amazing and refreshing! Tiki hut was awesome! The owner was amazing and very responsive! Couldn’t have asked for more!

The Green House

We’re first timers renting. Our experience was great. Check in/out went smoothly. House was clean and well equipped. Dock was big enough for our boat rental. Pool was a hit. Children and grand-baby enjoyed too. Definitely renting again.

Paradise in the Perfect Location

Access to ocean or bay via Tavernier Creek. They have all the kitchen things to make great meals. Julio a dream to work with.

Perfect location for boaters

The property was exactly as described. We brought our boat down to the Keys for the first time and chose the house for the dock area. The driveway is literally across from the marina, so we had them put it in the water the first day and drove it around the corner to dock at the house. Very easy access out to open water for sunset cruising and fishing. The pool was a great place to relax at the end of a day and keep our 10 yr. old busy. Great place right there to fillet fish, hose off the boat, and grill. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again for our next trip down!
