The Perfect Getaway with Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Boatslip

This beautiful, four-bedroom, three-bath house is conveniently located in the heart of Islamorada, the fishing capital of the world. Situated in a beautiful upscale neighborhood of all waterfront homes, the house is equipped with all the comforts of home. It is extra clean and modernly furnished.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs there is a totally independent, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The house is PERFECT for those traveling with different age groups, in-laws, teenagers, or two families. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a 'PERFECT' one.

Spend your days soaking up the sun and your evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi or in our HEATED swimming pool. THIS IS PARADISE! Being just one-and-one-half hour from Miami and one-and-one-half hour from Key West, you can easily spend a full day in either of the two, and be back on time to watch the beautiful sunset.

We are just one mile from world-famous Holiday Isles, TIKI BAR. There you can sit out by the beach, or take a dip in the pool. Their live entertainment and contests give your vacation the full island effect. As if diving, snorkeling, sunning, boating, and swimming all day were not enough, do not forget to spend an afternoon swimming with the dolphins or the stingrays. Also, just one minute from the house.

POOL HEATING WEEKLY CHARGE OF $300 AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. RENTER MUST NOTIFY OWNER AND PAY FOR HEATING CHARGE IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE THAT POOL IS HEATED IN ADVANCE. AFTER CHECK IN, POOL HEATING CHARGE IS $400, AS POOL COMPANY HAS TO RETURN TO LOCATION TO TURN ON THE HEATER.

The property was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much! We rented our own boat for the week and the marina was awesome and close for us to get back and forth to the boat. Our Host was awesome and was there always if we had any questions or concerns. The pool at the house is fabulous and so refreshing…we swam every day after boating and it was so relaxing. Would recommend this house for a larger family of 6 to 8. The bedrooms are good size and the air conditioning in the house upstairs and down worked great! No complaints here and would rent again in the future.

Islamorada Getaway

House was as advertised host was on top of everything, pool was the biggest we have ever had in the Keys and the pool got full sun after 11:15.Neighborhood is great and location to our favorite spots, the OV and Hog Heaven.We would absolutely rent again!!

Great location and boat slip

Our group (3 couples) had a great week at this rental. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat after a day on the boat. Boat slip was great with water and electricity. Water pressure wasn’t the best but otherwise things were good. Arlene was great and very responsive when we had questions.

Nice family vacation

This home and neighborhood is the perfect get away. The rooms are large and the pool area is amazing. The downstairs kitchen area is a plus as well. Plenty of seating, eating areas and comfy beds ! The property owner is very helpful ! We will be back again.

Islamorada house

The house was very clean. The pool was amazing. The hot tub not usable due to severe leak. House is spacious but needs lots of updating. The 2 floors are not connected. You must go out the front door to get to the lower level and to get to the pool. This may work for some groups, but not ours. Location was great. Close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc.

Perfect

The house was perfect in every way. The pool, the hot tub, the cleanliness and the location all fantastic. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Islamorada. We could walk to the marina where we kept our boat. After a long day on the water it was nice to relax in the hot tub. The owner was a pleasure she helped with any info we needed. It truly is the “perfect getaway”!!

Great Place for Family

We enjoyed the stay so much! The home owner was on top of everything and responded immediately if we needed anything! The location was perfect for all we wanted to do and we felt safe in the neighborhood! We had a 5 year old an a 6 month old with us and they were able to enjoy the swimming pool, as were the adults! It was a wonderful home and vacation for all of us!! We would DEFINITELY book this home again!!

Perfect Getaway

The manger was very friendly and made sure everything was ready for us on arrival. Please was lovely and the community was clean and quiet. It puts you in a great area to get around the whole keys. Would highly recommend for the perfect getaway. Will go back when I go to the keys.

Great location and community to stay at on the North side of Islamorada

From the first message about staying to our goodbyes, Arlene was amazing to work with! Lovely home and location, 10 minutes away from every great spot on Islamorada. Boat slip worked out great for our vessel, you can park an 11 ft beam and mid 30ft boat no issue. Had a water and shore power hookup next to the slip, great setup. For those that love a cold night sleep, the downstairs bedroom is the ideal place to be.

It was a gorgeous house with plenty of space and a great kitchen. The pool is nice, the location is convenient. The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to respond. I have absolutely no complaints, everything was lovely!

Had a great time in Islamorada! Place is in great location to restaurants, fishing, boating and stores. Stayed two weeks and had terrific set up for family with four large bedrooms. Pool is awesome with ledges for sitting and for kids. Lower level bath great for access near pool. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfy beds! Arlene was very helpful on things that were not quite right. FYI- master bath is tight, so if you need mobility space, you may need to use other bathrooms.

The Perfect Getaway truly was all we expected. A great location to be able to see the sights of the Florida Keys with a relaxing pool and hot tub allowing for relaxed afternoons. We had a great time and would definitely consider another stay in the future.

Highly recommended rental!

This is a great property for 8 people to stay in. All bedrooms have access to a bathroom in bedroom or next to bedroom. All king size beds except one queen. Crib on site. Beds are very comfortable. Great pool…ask to have it heated in cool months. Boat available to rent is highly recommended as you can go to different restaurants and sandy areas as well as ride through the mangroves and see dolphins and manatees. Fish and sharks easily seen in water at property. Kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. Great appliances including a much appreciated washer and dryer. Great large dining table great for family meals and game night. Great outdoor palapa for meals. Grocery store short distance away. Quaint shops in abundance. Would stay here again!

The home was fantastic. We loved having the Apartment downstairs with the three rooms upstairs. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room. The pool was fantastic along with the hot tub. You won’t go wrong renting this paradise property.
