We had a great stay over the week of Thanksgiving! House is exactly as pictured and host is very responsive to any questions or requests. The private pool and back yard was used daily by my family of 3. We loved having that beautiful outdoor space all to ourselves! The beach is a short bike ride or you can utilize one of the local golf cart shuttle options (Naples Park Shuttle was our favorite). We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our vacation in the house. Clean with all equipment needed to make our stat as comfortable as possible. The pool is a big plus. Plenty of space and ideally located to enjoy the region.

Fourth time staying here. This home never disappoints. Always CLEAN, fresh, UNCLUTTERED. Easy check in. Well stocked kitchen. Great neighborhood for walking and biking (bikes provided). Pool is a plus. Close to beaches and grocery stores.

Maple weekend

House was ready on time, very clean and with plenty of amenities, pool was clean as well as the backyard, house is in a nice location with two markets very close as well as several restaurants also a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely time

We had a lovely time at Michael’s place. We were there on a girls trip. The kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff you need to cook. The house comes with all things you need for a day at the beach; chairs, umbrella, coolers. The beach is close by, grocery stores and restaurants are in abundance all around. The pool was our favorite spot after a day out on the beach. If we get an opportunity to return we will! Thank you again Michael!

FABULOUS

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The layout was great, the pool was perfect, and it was very well stocked with items that I haven’t seen at others we’ve rented. The only complaint we had is that the floors are extremely slick when wet. Several of the adults slipped and fell as well as the children. Maybe a few more rugs around the house could help combat that. Otherwise, our stay was great!

The host was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. The property was in a perfect location, rooms were spacious, and the salt water pool was a hit both with our 3 and 5 year old but also for the adults! Kitchen was stocked with necessities, towels and bedding were plentiful.Hope to return again.

Wonderful family getaway to Naples

We had a wonderful time at this house. It’s in a nice neighborhood near Vanderbilt Beach (a couple miles). We loved all the amenities and especially the pool. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch. We rode bikes to Dunkin at the top of the street one day. Our three kids each had their own room. There was plenty of space for our family. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon.

Amazing stay in this beautiful house with pool.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time at Micke's place. It was conveniently close to the beaches and downtown Naples.The pool was great to refresh after a beach day. The house has everything you need to cook and very confortable beds.We will definitely be back.evrdowntown Naples

Beautiful house nice clean pool - house is stocked well (alot of extra supplies) paper towels/plates, trash bags laundry soap- made it nice and convenient. Close to beach (cooler,bikes and chairs also a nice plus) Owner is close bye and responsive to texts/?s - will definitely stay again

Family Reunion Enhanced

When planning a Family Reunion it's critical that the housing issue is easy and worry-free as this sets the tone for the entire adventure! This property is everything you see in the listing and more - Quiet, peaceful, great neighbors, wonderful kitchen with just about everything you need to prepare meals, comfortable beds, beach toys for the pool (and beach!), wide enough driveway for vehicles, laundry room, pantry, TV in every bedroom and the front parlor. The pool is heated (82 D wile we were there). I could go on and on, so suffice to say that we will look for this vrbo on a return trip to Naples! Thanks to our host Michael McCarthy who was absolutely responsive to questions! The rest of our family stayed in a vrbo 5 blocks away so it was very easy and safe to walk back and forth. Thanks again Mike!

Hated to leave

This listing is just as advertised with all the amenities and was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. The owner responded immediately and made sure we didn't run out of necessities. Michael even reached out when we lost power the first night making sure we were ok and asking if there was anything we needed. We especially loved the heated salt water pool - what a luxury. We love this part of Naples since it's close to everything and it was very reasonable.
