Upscale Lake Home on Beautiful 915 Acre Solberg Lake, Phillips WI

Stunning dog friendly home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 300' of beautiful fisherman's frontage on a very private 5 acre wooded lot. Stop looking.... this is where you want to spend your vacation with your family or friends.

The amenities throughout this 3500+ sq. ft. home are too numerous to mention but they include a gas fireplace, air conditioning, three seasons room, WIFI, Smart TV's in every room, gas grill, hickory hardwood floors throughout, doggie door to a fenced in dog run and a custom bar to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day on the trails or lake.

Upstairs you will find two master bedrooms. The lake view master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom and the forest view master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. The main level includes two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and another with a single queen bed, as well as full bathroom. In the walk out basement you will find a bedroom with s single queen bed and a full bathroom.

The western views are spectacular, and are only surpassed by the outstanding fishing on this premier lake. Solberg Lake is a 915 acre lake which is known for its Muskie, Bass, and Walleye and Pan fish and more!!! The fishermen from around the lake come to fish in front of this property!!! You can also enjoy swimming, boating, water-skiing or jet-skiing. We provide your own personal pier, and boat dock. There are also 2 kayaks and a row boat for you to enjoy.

Fall and Winter are spectacular in this area with loads of activities to enjoy!! The Fall colors are second to none. There is something for everyone... we are only minutes from groomed cross-country skiing. Hundreds of miles of snowmobile and ATV-UTV trails are right out our front door. If that is not calling to you, why not just curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book and let the beauty of your surrounding re-energize your soul.

Beautiful and spacious cabin

Such a beautiful cabin that is spacious enough for our large family with all the amenities! Really enjoyed our visit and felt very comfortable in this house on the lake.

What a beautiful cabin and peaceful location! Everything was as described in the listing and the cabin was clean as a whistle, beds were comfy. Plenty of room for everyone! Super peaceful location - just what we needed! So nice to be able to have time with our family in such a lovely home. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

Family Vacation

The house was great, there was plenty of room for our party of 12 and the house had everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. We were a bit surprised by the condition of the lake in front of the property, it was pretty much a frog pond/swampy which made the mosquitoes, black jackets and biting flies a bit hard to deal with, however we did not allow it to ruin our time there, the amenities of the house helped when we needed to stay inside because it just got too bad to be outside. Overall great stay and Scott was great and very responsive.

Awesome House

The house was very comfortable for our family-9 adults, 2 young children-well equipped kitchen, fun room in basement with pool table, large screen TV and bar area. The house AC worked great for the hot weather. And the views of the cove were beautiful. We did enjoy the firepit and the provided wood. The gated deck, dog door, and fenced area for dogs works wonderfully, if bringing dogs along. The only downside of the cove was that it is too shallow for our boat to dock at the boat dock. However, we did enjoy the kayaks. Mosquitos were bad outside, and we had to continuously use spray. Wifi worked best in basement and top floor.

Fun week with family

We enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was very lovely and well appointed. Lots of space in each room. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and basic items like coffee, spices, etc. pool table was nice, TVs worked well and the DVD library was impressive. Having use of the kayaks was also appreciated.

Cabin stay

My family loved the stay at the cabin in Phillips Wisconsin. There was enough room for 6 adults, 5 children and 3 dogs. My only issue with this property was the communication with the host was not what I had expected. During our stay i had some questions that i asked the host both by personal phone number (text) and vrbo email and never heard back throughout our stay. This was the only negative comment i would have about this property. Apart from the communication error we loved this cabin.

Family Get Away

Our stay was great, the house was clean and very accommodating for our family. We had hoped to do some snowmobiling but Mother Nature didn’t cooperate, instead we spent the weekend relaxing at this beautiful home which had everything we could have needed!

Outstanding!

This is a beautiful, spacious home that is tastefully decorated, provides super comfortable beds, and a kitchen with an abundance of dishes and cookware. We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had, not to mention the new appliances, and we love a gas stove! There is plenty of room for parking, we had 4 pickup trucks, 3 trailers, and 5 side by sides with yard space to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t thank you enough for sharing your home.

Beautiful house in the Northwoods

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Very clean, spacious home with all the amenities you could need. Well stocked kitchen, fun game room downstairs, comfortable bedroom spaces. From a location perspective you are in a private spot right on Solberg Lake. It was beautiful to wake up to that view every day.

One of our favorite places to stay

This is the second time my family and I rented this house and it was even better this time. The house looks and smells clean the moment you enter. We love the lake view and the deck. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful. There’s enough space to accommodate a large group and not feel crowded. We love that there are 5 bedrooms all with their own TVs. The rec area in the basement is awesome and is good to have if some members of the group like to go to bed early and others don’t.

Family time

very clean home. Well stocked with large pans. Pool table was a big plus for the family. Needed more propane for the grill and the air stopped but Scott was just a phone call away. Had extra propane for us in the garage and someone can right away and fix the air. Thank you for letting us rent you cabin.

Family vacation

A relaxing Phillips week

The cabin was remote but not too far from town. It was very clean and comfortable with all members of our group claiming to be well rested at the end of our stay. It was hard to leave.
