Hilltop Cottage with Stunning Lake Views

Welcome to Whispering Pines, a newer hilltop cottage with stunning lake views. With 3 queen bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 decks and lots of yard, there is plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy lake life.

Our home is located across the road from the steps to our lake access. Please feel free to enjoy the waterfront and dock but the boat is not for use.

The house is very well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. We have a kid-friendly home with games, toys, Xbox, Wii, and a fun sprinkler to keep kids busy. We also have a high chair and Pack N Play.

Some Details:
- The driveway is steep and can be challenging for some people. Extra care should be taken when going up and down
- We are always reachable while you enjoy your stay but will not disturb your privacy
- Our neighbors are full-time residents so please be mindful of noise in the evenings
- We do not have central AC but there are window AC units in the bedrooms. Please note the AC units are put in Memorial Day weekend and removed Columbus Day weekend.

Girl's Trip

A great place to stay for a group of ladies who enjoy wineries, waterfalls and shopping. Beautiful lake views. Very well appointed property. Be sure to try Weiss and Domaine Le Seurre Wineries.

Great spot on lake

House was setup very comfortable with lots of kitchen supplies. Plenty of options for outdoor sitting. Beautiful view of lake. Was very pleased with everything.

Leslie’s property is a great vacation spot! The home is sparkling clean, every aspect and need is attended to, the view from the front of the lake is beautiful and relaxing. The property is perfectly located to the Keuka Lake wineries and Keuka State Park. Leslie was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We look forward to a return visit!

Great updated house with many supplies. The beds and furniture were comfortable and updated. The appliances were good and kitchen well-supplied. The only cons were the steep driveway and parking spaces (only fit 2 out of 3 of our cars) so we sometimes had to back down to the street to get out & the steep lake access.The fire pit, views and hanging swing were really great and we were so thankful that there were air conditioners to cool the entire house during a heat spell.

Catbird's Seat

We loved our stay at Whispering Pines, where we spent lots of time in the Adirondack chairs overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake. The multiple porches and outdoor spaces were perfect for our group. Listening to a catbird chirp with our a.m. coffee, we felt we were in his seat. Viktor and Leslie were great communicators but didn't hover, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the neighbors too. Great place! Already scheming about a return next year!

Spectacular house with a beautiful view!

This house was the perfect location for our trip to New York and Canada. It is a well supplied and the owners did a great job with each bedroom and decorations. It was very well supplied with everything we needed, the reviews are 100% accurate on how nice it is. I will say that the driveway is definitely steep and since we were motorcycles, it was a little intimidating. Communication with the owners was great. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway in that area.

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed at this rental with friends and it was a lovely stay. Great location, great view, amazing home. The house was very clean and stocked with items we would potentially need during our stay. The hosts were great and accomodating, we were traveling a long way and they were able to accommodate our requests to check in early.

Beautiful place in great location!!

We loved the house , very clean comfortable well equipped and located across the road to a lake with a small beach !! Close drive to many attractions and wineries even though we enjoyed staying in and relaxing!! Great hosts , very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!!

Lovely lake stay

Gorgeous lake view cottage

Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful get away in the Finger Lakes. Leslie's home was perfect for us! The home was well stocked with everything and anything you would need or want. The lake views were amazing and we were able enjoy the dock on the water for fishing. The location, views and amenities were perfect!

Awesome view!

Property was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The location was fantastic for lake, winery and town. The driveway was steep (as described) but we quickly figured out how to best park our car and truck.

Great home & hospitality

Homeowner was great and communication process was spot on. Beautiful home with nice Lake views. Checked out local restaurants and nearby Wineries. Rented a boat from Basin Marina very close by and had a perfect day on the Lake. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and super comfortable. The outside sitting areas are so relaxing and offer amazing views. Leslie and Victor have made sure that you have everything you need. Check in and check out were both super easy! There are many activities, wineries, and restaurants to enjoy in the area. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, well stocked, spacious and clean place, beautiful views and responsive hosts all made for a relaxing and memorable stay. We launched our kayaks and swam off the beach down the hill every day. Easy drive to the area's parks, wineries, etc. The driveway was manageable for both the parking and daily walks down to the lake (and we had wide range of ages and health conditions in group). I hope to stay here again soon!

Lovely place overlooking the lake

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The view of the lake was perfect- very peaceful and quiet. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated throughout. Check in and check out were easy. We dined on the lake at both the Switz and the Lakefront; both within 10 minutes and beautiful sunsets over the water at both. We would definitely consider booking again, and would recommend to anyone visiting the Lake Keuka area. Thank you Leslie, for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful, relaxing rental

We had a lovely stay at Leslie and Victor’s vacation home. They were exceptional and generous hosts. They provided us with a high chair and some toys for our 1-year-old son. The house was well equipped but perfectly minimal for a vacation home - especially if you are staying there with a young child. The view was amazing. We enjoyed dinner outside on the deck each night. We would highly recommend renting their property and hope to visit again ourselves in the future. Thank you for our wonderful stay!
