The property was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the wonderful outdoor space and fishing from the dock. This lake house had everything we were looking for to have a peaceful relaxing vacation. Tina was wonderful to work with. We would definitely go back.

The steps down to the cottage were very wet & very slippery when we arrived after dark. We had one member of our group slip & fall down stairs twice. We brought this up & were told that "nothing could be done about this", certainly grip tape could be applied to the stairs. There were also very few exterior lights. This was our main concern (safety), however there were other minor issues that detracted from our overall experience and satisfaction.

You messaged me about the wet stairs at 11:47pm so like I said I couldn't do anything about the wet steps since I didn't see the text until morning. As to your complaint about the exterior lights there's one up in the driveway one at the front door. A large light above the side door two outside the pavilion and two inside the pavilion. We do our best to make our guests have an enjoyable Keuka lake experience. Sorry our cottage and lake didn't meet your expectations.

Pavilion perfect

Amazing location and views. We spent most of our time outdoors and the pavilion made it so comfortable to be outside even during rain and heat.

Memorable!!

This property provided another year for family memories! Can't thank the host enough for permitting my family to stay at her wonderful home for a week. If you want a lakefront, cozy, at home environment, then this is the place to rent.

Perfect stay

This house was great for my husband, friends and I. We had everything we needed and more! The guys were all over 6ft so only downside is the the shorter doors but would do it over and over again.

The sunrise over the lake with the fall colors just staring to pop was exactly what we were looking for. Crisp mornings on the dock with a cup of coffee. The outdoor space couldn’t be better. The house has some quirky upstate New York charm that makes it feel more cozy than upscale. We did enjoy some giggles. Tina was quick to respond to any query we had, both before and during our stay.
