The location is great, a short walk to the beach. The hosts were sweet and accommodating. Got in late night and they left a light on for us. Would return.

It was perfect for a pet and small children. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. It’s clean and well set up. Super easy walk to the beach! Highly recommend for a beach get away

Had a great stay here with our family of 4. Perfect location right near the beach and shopping! Mark and Erica are great hosts. Would love to visit again!

Our family loved this property and the owners. Everything about it was smooth and the location is perfect, so close to the beach. We are a family of 5 and it was perfect for us!

Absolutely fantastic stay - everything you would ever want in a beach house! The beach itself is flat and not super crowded. Host was great! Will definitely be staying here again :)

Very well maintained accommodations that were cute and clean. We especially loved the beach cart/wagon that was provided in order to haul all of the kids toys and baby gear to the beach. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only suggestion I would make is that an extra kitchen garbage bag or two be provided in the pantry. I would stay here again!

What a beautiful little townhouse so close to the ocean and also walking distance to shops and restaurants. Erica and her husband were amazing. They live next-door and we’re super available and kind.

This place was spectacular. We were in town for a wedding. The hosts have an iron and ironing board, which came in clutch for this formal affair. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. There's a coffee bar with a choice of drip or pod coffee. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a great stay and found time to walk to the beach in this incredibly quiet neighborhood.

Great beach house

We had a great time at Jax Beach. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the living room was perfect for all of us to kick back after being at the beach all day!
