Welcome to your home away from home! This beautiful and spacious house is perfect for families or small groups, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests:

🛏 Additional sleeping – Two foldable twin-size beds

Enjoy your own private heated pool, automatically maintained at a comfortable 85°F daily — perfect for morning swims or relaxing evenings under the stars.

We also provide beach towels, an umbrella, 4 beach chairs, and a beach cooler so you're fully prepared for your Siesta Key adventures.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just:
10–15 minutes from Siesta Key Beach – ranked the #1 beach in the U.S.
10 minutes from Downtown Sarasota – full of restaurants, shops, arts, and local culture
At the property, you’ll find a welcome book with all necessary information for your stay — how to contact the host, places to visit, and more.

The beds were reasonably comfortable, the towels were nice, and there is both a Keurig and a Mr Coffee machine. There is a Publix and a Walmart within walking distance. The host’s decision to supply the cheapest, thinnest toilet tissue I’ve ever seen is unfortunate, though.

The house was lovely and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The pool was wonderful. The host was quick to respond to anything we needed.

This property was very nice. The pool was great. The temperature of the pool was very warm and enjoyable. The property was clean and check-in was very easy. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and we did not have any concerns during our stay. Kitchen had everything that we needed and was well stocked.

Private, Clean & Cozy

I took a last-minute trip to Sarasota and was delighted with this find! The property owner was very accommodating, the location is convenient, the house is clean and nicely equipped with all the amenities you could need. Will definitely stay here again:-)

Cold weather get away

Very well done property, had everything you need and the location was quiet and yet close to what you need. Pool area was a big bonus! We would rent this again.

Very well appointed

The place was very clean, furniture/ beds comfortable. Loved fenced yard for dog, and tv’s in each bedroom as well as family room. Would stay again.

A nice home away from home

This house was a great place to stay and a short 15 minute drive to Siesta beach. The house was clean and furnished very well. The heated pool was awesome. This house is in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place and anticipate coming back again!

I very much enjoyed my stay in this home. The house was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The pool was great and loved the privacy of the yard. I would definitely request to stay again.

Quiet and private

This was our second stay at this property. It is centrally located to many activities and attractions in Sarasota. The pool and lanai are great and the pool is comfortably heated. Our only disappointment is that it was already booked for next year.

A very lovely home.

It is decorated nicely, inviting, comfortable, very clean and well stocked. Great place to spend a week. I would have given 5 stars if the pool could have been used. Too cold to spend more than 5 minutes.

About pool, we are sorry but at this period in Florida isn’t so hot and our pool wasn’t heated, it was says in our description when you was ordered your stay. But next time you will can enjoy with warm pool water because we just installed heating pump in to the pool.

Fantastic stay

Communication from the onset was very timely All check in details were supplied in good time Location was ideal for us Close to a public and Walmart if needed and about 10 - 15 minutes drive to all the tourist locations Siesta beach and Village St Armands Circle and the Marina and lots of restaurants within that timeframe too The house itself is as described Beautifully presented clean with all our requirements met Beds were extremely comfortable Kitchen well stocked with utensils Pool area well resourced with table and chairs for eating from the BBQ Four sun loungers and umbrella Nicely maintained pool We did not want for anything during our stay Would stay again and would recommend Thank you Roma
