We had an amazing stay! The villa was perfect. Lots of space, amazing views, clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciate all the details - from welcome package with local coffee to all the beach gear. Very responsive to our questions.

This was the perfect home base for our 16 day trip to Maui. It had a well stocked kitchen, tons of beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc) It was relatively quiet and we all really enjoyed the many pools. We also loved being able to see whales jumping from our patio. It was incredible!

Perfect location- well stocked home

Our second time staying in this condo! Great location with a view, short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs etc.

ocean view retreat

We had a great time. The condo was clean and the personnel at CB Islands vacations were very accommodating. The condo was lovely with a wonderful view and nice breezes on the lanai. Thank you!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. There were 6 adults. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well appointed, and everything was great. Thanks!

Perfect Family Bungalow

We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas before, but this property was above and beyond. Everything was provided to us from beach gear to toiletries and it was meticulously clean. Even being a ground floor unit, there were no ant issues and it allowed for our little ones to be in or out all day long. The sunsets are unmatched and the lanai was perfect for post bedtime stargazing. We had an amazing time at the pool every day and enjoyed our walks to the Honolua Store for breakfast or snacks. We will be back for sure!

Needs repair

Typical Kapalua Golf Villa that needs updating. Dishwasher was inoperable and missing parts. Guest shower control knob was broken. Patio deck needs a power wash and the overall unit was dated and dusty.

Kapalua condo with good view and decent value

Clean ground floor unit. No car noise or lights. Great view. Ground floor in Hawaii means some bugs. Had to buy own toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom given. Managed by coldwell banker rental management, which was organized and responsive. Unit is for sale apparently by owners, so if the unit sells, future reservations might be cancelled depending on the new owners’ plans. I think it was actually a decent value for what you get.

Great views ! Ocean & whales(wow) partially visible due to stand of Norfolk pines on course. Great walking path behind unit; also used by carts when course is open. Closed Feb 2026 for restoration. Lanai is a wonderful place for breakfast. Parking spot above the unit very convenient & close. Pool area close by. Big TV in each room. Nice collection of beach gear to relax, snorkel, sand play Multiple Issues: Communications with CBRE staff problematic. Usually responded quickly to texts with polite language but then sometimes had to wait a day or 2 or more until work was done. After long day of travel, wanted to do load of wash. The washer leaked onto the unit master bath floor. No drip pan. NO sign on washer saying do not use. Check-in email did warn of this broken washer but the short msg not bolded and was after a long weather / fire warning at top of email. We assumed, our fault, that weather / fire danger msg was important part & didn't read entire long msg, our fault. For this & another issue we were told the fix would be quick but then was delayed. Another issue was lack of a working light in guest room closet. For retired folks, we need more light & using bathroom light nearby was not enough. It took quite some time to get it fixed, again longer than the original time given. Lastly, guest bath exhaust fan stuck ON & very loud. Couldn't sleep with it. Fix was to shut off breaker and lose lights too. Never fixed. Nice place but not worth it. Disappointed!
Breakfast views w visits from Hawaiian cardinals!
Cushions nice but need washing, some were moldy. But great view.
Guest bath with always on FAN. Loud! Needs replacement or cleaning. Staff scoffed at this suggestion.
Outlet of broken & always ON fan. Needs rewiring. Not done during our 8 days.

The villa was beautiful and in a quiet area. The beds were comfortable. The villa was extremely clean with good amenities.

Excellent location, beautiful views and most all the basic amenities were available. Just wish the unit had more for food storage like zip loc bags and more containers with lids, but other than that, all was super!
