Partial south views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32? flat screen TV with dtv streaming service. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests? use with a 55" flat screen TV with dtv streaming service for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout. It is beautifully furnished with a screened in patio and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
