Unit 112- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 50" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a bath tub with a grab bar. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is beautifully furnished and has a screened in balcony, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one.

Great view

We enjoyed this condo. It's on the top floor of an 11 story building providing great views of Siesta Key Beach and the Gulf. Spacious and clean apartment. We hope to come back for another visit.

Perfect Condo with Awesome Ocean View.

If you enjoy the view of watching Dolphins playing in the ocean and watching sunsets this condo unit is for you! The view from the living room and patio is AMAZING! The beach is very clean and perfect for shelling. The unit was the perfect size for the three of us. The unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

Loved the condo

The condo is a bit outdated compared to other condo units we’ve stayed in at the PBC, but we knew that when we rented. Our prime selling point was the view and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly as always. After Milton I was impressed by the cleanliness of the beach compared to other condos in the area. As always, we would love to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great day at Palm Bay Club. Our condo had a beautiful view. The screened in patio was nice for a coffee in the morning. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The beach was clean and beautiful. The water was like bathwater and clear. We were able to get free rides on the breeze trolley, and Johnny’s. The village was fun, and we had a fabulous gulf tour with Captain Paul on Siesta Cruises. It was the perfect vacation getaway!

Great Location

Great location and private beach. Condo is clean and comfortable. A little outdated but worth every penny. Besides, you dont go to Siesta Key to sit in the room all day and stare at the walls.

What a view!

We had a great stay! The place was nice and everyone was very friendly. The weather and beach were absolutely perfect. You can’t beat the view from the condo and watching the sunsets every night.

Everything you need to sit back and relax on a beautiful beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking into our condo was the exact experience you want for a beachside vacation! There in front of you is sand and water and light, what a view. View is the same from the spacious bedroom. Comfortable furnishings and most importantly for me, great mattresses! Upon arrival we had an issue with the A/C which was resolved immediately by management. Technicians who came to fix it were professional and friendly. We were very impressed by this experience. Easy parking. Easy access to all amenities. Gym was very stuffy and small but we took advantage of it, glad to have it. Pool is delightfully warm and clean. For meals, it’s an easy ride left or right to access all kinds of eateries. Did I mention the big amenity, the beach. They keep it clean every morning is a fresh start. Cooper handles the chair and umbrella requests for guests with energy and good attitude. From the initial checkin at the office all the way to the beach, the attitudes of the employees go a long way to making this a very pleasant experience for us.

Beautiful Bay View

Beautiful location and very comfortable, cute condo. Only recommendation would be to replace pots, pans because coating is peeling therefore cannot be used Elevators went out for a short time. Management Co would not call me to inform when fixed. I would still reserve condo again as it was such a nice place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I just returned from a quick mother and daughter trip and it was amazing. This was our first time in Siesta Key. It is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was in a perfect location and the view was amazing! The kitchen is a little small but I didn’t go to cook so that didn’t bother me at all. The unit was had a box fan and a drying rack in the closet, both of which came in very handy. We had a stopped up sink in the bathroom one day but we called the front desk and they sent maintenance up immediately to fix it. There is a trolley stop a short walk from the property which was handy. Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Palm Bay 112

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was very nice for the most part. The only complaints I have were no maid service and we did have ants. I talked to management about both and they did send someone right away to put out ant traps. Never did get a cleaning service. Also the elevators were a problem again this year. I know they were rebuilding them so hopefully this problem goes away.

Beautiful Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was small, but all we needed. The tile flooring is a big improvement over the carpet pictured. In addition, there was a nice new hightop table in the dining area and on the balcony plus new kitchen countertops. Any other slightly dated areas were quickly forgotten when the curtains were pulled back to show the views. The lobby area and common areas are dated, but fine. Bathroom corners and bedspreads could be a bit cleaner. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. You can't beat the beach here. Our kids enjoyed the warm pools.

Quarter century lovers of the Palm Bay Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been visiting The Palm Bay Club for over 25 years, always in the Grand Tower, and frequently in unit 112. Our longevity tells the story of our happiness with Siesta Key and with the accommodations provided by PBC. The views are spectacular! The club property is beautifully and efficiently maintained. All of this would be meaningless if it were not for the staff. EVERYONE at PBC is kind, pleasant, efficient and exudes the desire to make our stays enjoyable. Special shoutouts to Tammy and her staff in the office. Our arrival was a joyous experience as the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful in making our check-in fast and pleasant. We were also overjoyed upon learning of the return of Jones to the Security Team. A true gentleman, with the most contagious smile, and yet dedicated to creating a safe and pleasant environment. Jones is the BEST! Kudos are also extended to Patricia in Housekeeping. So kind and pleasant and dedicated to attending to housekeeping details. Our specific unit was very pleasant and situated on the top floor, offers an extraordinary visual experience. It is appointed well, but could use some freshening.
