Unit 112- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 50" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a bath tub with a grab bar. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is beautifully furnished and has a screened in balcony, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
