You will love the ultra-convenience of this ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in the family-friendly community Island Club! Imagine dashing out your slider door and having your toes in the sugary sand in less than a minute! This oceanfront complex offers nine onsite tennis courts that are complimentary and available to reserve through the Island Club Tennis Center!

Very nice Stay

The Island Club was very nice, clean and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was also clean and well equipped. Haven’t been to HH in years, but we want to go back.

The whole family loved it!

The rental was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The kids loved the cable tv and all the games and puzzles. The super short walk to the beach and the playground right by our patio was the best. The rental was stocked with everything we needed and everything was very clean. Hopefully, this rental is available for our next vacation! We loved it!

Family Reunion

I loved the convenience of a first floor rental. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. I would recommend an update. The other furnishes were nice and met our needs. Overall, we had a fun week with 28 members of our family.

Great location

We were on the ground level. Just outside our balcony, we could walk to the grill area, corn hole area, and up a few steps to head out to the ocean. Turn right from the patio, and you’re less than a block from the community pool. Simple and relaxing all around…👍

Great and convenient

I grew up coming to Island Club, this unit was perfect and I highly recommend first floor. Easy in and out off the patio to the beach/pool. Very esay process to check in and I like the key bad on the door so we didn't have to keep up with a key.

Hilton Head 2023

Great Location!! We had 2 young kids and the playground was basically right outside the condo and beach access was right by the playground. The beach wasn’t even close to being crowded. The condo was clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation in Hilton Head

Wonderful 2 bedroom

This is our second year at Island Club and first time at this condo. The distance to the beach is perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and most common kitchen needs are met. All appliances in working order. I hope to find this one available next year!

Second visit just as good

Came here earlier this year and lived it so much we decided to come back. Had another great trip. You simply can't beat the location of this unit and the ease of access to the beach, pool, and playground/open lawn. Condo is outfitted with everything we've needed in two trips...don't cook a ton but did more on this trip and all the "hardware" we've needed was there to cook with.

Great Condo

The condo had everything we needed for the beach. Plenty of beach toys for the kids, and they even supplied beach towels. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Perfect family getaway!

The location of this property cannot be beat! Easy access to the beach through the gated patio area. No need to bring sandy toys or feet through the condo! Beautiful and clean playground steps from the property as well. Had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach!

Family spring vacation

Great location

We lived the location and the gate to the lawn area/Beach access. So nice not having to bring all the beach stuff into and through the condo. Property is very pretty, tons for kids to do. Condo was clean and had what we needed for a great week

Great experience

We loved 3102. Beautiful floors, comfortable beds, easy access to the playground and beach! Our two little girls loved staying here. They were on the playground every morning and the beach in the afternoons. There are two beach chairs and a bunch of sand toys for the littles. The pool had just opened with some restrictions, but that was great too! The kitchen has everything you need to cook and extra beach towels were left in the hall for us too. They thought of everything.

Far exceeded our expectations, worth a repeat trip

This condo is in the perfect location , quiet near beach and grils and deck. Everything was beautifully kept in and out. Tennis was convenient,k reasonable and easy to reserve. Great location on the island with bike paths to both quiet places and stores and restaurants.

Perfect family vacation!!

This place was everything and then some. From the room to the property to the locals, it was just perfect. So super clean and fresh. From this room you can walk right out the back or just around the building from the front and be at a game area, grilling area, playground or beach in minutes. It’s like walking to the mailbox! The pool and lagoons for fishing (our kids loved that!!) or admiring the ducks and turtles are just a short walk from the front door as well. The grounds are gorgeous and daily maintained. This beach is spectacularly clean too. A few points... The pool is NOT heated, regardless of what it says on the website. The hot water in the kitchen takes a long time to get hot but it does work. It isn’t marked but turn it all the way to the right and be patient. There is a highchair. The keurig pictured was not there, but The Vacation Company brought us a loaner which was super sweet. I’m sure all of the villas are great, but we will definitely look for this one first on our next trip.

Great Place for the Price

Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Property management personnel were pleasant and quick to answer the phone. Condo left thoughtful things like 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, starter kits for bathroom, laundry, and dishwasher, board games, books, and more than enough towels. We could see the kids on the playground from the balcony, which was great. It looks like the beach is much further away than it is; it took our family of 5 about 3 minutes to walk there. King bed was very hard, so we used padding to make it comfortable. A great place to get away for a week!

Nice property; could use some attention to detail

The location of this property was great. The complex had many amenities and the staff kept it in very good condition. There were little things that could be done that would improve the property- such as changing the shower curtain liners. Both bathrooms had moldy liners. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms put out hot air so they were useless at keeping the moisture at bay when showering. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and caused our whole family to have sore backs for the week. Otherwise the property was clean, updated and appliances were working properly (except the dishwasher which did not drain on one occasion but we just reran the rinse cycle and it resolved. Appreciated the Kuerig coffee machine.
