We offer a 10% Loyalty discount. That is on top of any other discounts we might offer. For instance, the 10% weekly discount would become 20% when you return. We love returning guests.

I hate to do this but I have to respond to this completely unnecessary 3 as a review of our property. What Janine did was one of two things, she left the place in complete disarray, did not take out the trash, did not do the dishes. Then she started to message me via VRBO a whole list of complaints which I knew to be entirely false because I literally checked out of the place the morning she checked in. She messaged me for three straight days. In each message she got more and more insulting and tried to implicate things like I have dangerous shards of glass and plastics on the balcony. She was just over the top. I had already decided I was going to leave a review to tell other hosts not to let her check in so I never really could figure out whether she was 1. Trying to cover herself for leaving the place in such disarray or the second thing 2. Try to extort money out in form of a refund. Well on the third day of messaging she said " I am going to leave a review, I thought I might give you a chance to respond. I did respond but not with any offer of a refund. I, instead, pointed out to her she never said there was anything wrong during her entire 5 night stay. I think she was trying to do the second thing which was try to get some sort of large refund. I am glad I left a review telling other Premier Hosts not to host her. She is dishonest at best. This is not an honest review of my property. While she knew placing any of the liable or slanderous information like the disrespectful messages she sent directly to me would result in her review being pulled this is a dishonest review by a dishonest person. Please look at all the other reviews of my property before you make any decisions based on this one. This is a total lie and effort at extortion.
