As the private access gates close, you are immediately immersed in the luxury of Legacy Villas at La Quinta, reminiscent of a Mediterranean village. Nestled against the Santa Rosa Mountains, you'll feel an immediate sense of serenity and peace unique to this location. A luxurious, designer-owned, top floor master studio is spacious and accented with just the right touch of elegance. It's the special attention to small details that leave a lasting impression.

This unique studio features a king-sized bed with fine linens and of course upgraded furnishings and decor. A Spa sized bathroom includes a large soaking tub and separate oversized-shower. Your studio comes equipped with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and a romantically cozy fireplace should the temperature drop below 70 degrees!

The French Doors open to a lovely private patio where you can dine and enjoy amazing mountain and pool views to the west.

Everything is maintained in immaculate condition awaiting your arrival.

Studio was cute, comfortable and well appointed. The owner left us a little treat and that was very nice. Room and bathroom were very clean. The complex has several pools, a gym and hot tubs. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond. Would stay again.

Ann was a good host and always available since she lives next door. Legacy Villa is a convenient location, and 2 of the people to whom I have recommended it now use it regularly.

Perfect stay for a business trip

This was a great unit that exactly met my needs for a few days travelling to a conference. The community was clean and cute and I'd definitely return.

Great stay for BNP Paribas Open

We stayed at this property for middle weekend of BNP tennis tournament, great location and first class accommodation. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Host was gracious and made sure we had perfect stay, Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed there for the Coachella festival. The room was cozy and great location, spacious bathroom. Only downside is there is not a stove so we had to use the microwave/toaster for breakfast. We had an issue with the outlets not working in the kitchen, but Ann responded right away once I reached out to her and a handyman came out to fix it. We didn't realize that she lived next door until she knocked on the door. Also, she offered to let us use her pool floaties so that was nice :)

Great Vacation!

Ann's place was perfect for our getaway. We loved how close we were to both the main pool and one of the smaller ones. We were also a mile away from old town, and a short walk from La Quinta resort. Ann was super responsive and flexible. Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic stay

We came to watch the tennis and this place was perfect. Very close to the venue and plenty of room. The hot tub was awesome. The host really took care of us and really made us feel welcomed when we arrived. So comfy. And t was just perfect. Thanks so much!

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect location!

Absolutely beautiful studio in a beautiful complex! Feels like you’re in Tuscany. The unit is spotless and perfect for two. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely choose Ann’ s unit again and will recommend to our friends.

Fantastic property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. The property was spotless and exactly as listed. There was a lovely welcome bottle of wine, cheese and crackers that we enjoyed on the deck upon our arrival. We will definitely make a return visit and would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Our Second Stay Here!

What a wonderful place to come and get away from it all for my husband and I. Very low key this time of year which is what we love and what we needed. This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. Ann is the best and so easy to work with. From the wine and cheese upon arrival (such a nice touch) to saying our goodbyes at departure, everything was top notch. Thank you Ann and Barry for another fabulous stay! See you next year!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. the room is full of decor items that are just in the way. thermostat is difficult to program and keeps running long after it reaches temp. the TV and remote were almost unusable for streaming channels. Netflix wouldn't load at all.
