The Space:
A single-story studio at the Spa Villas in La Quinta Resort. Walk out your front door and into Spa La Quinta. With over 700 square feet of living, the sleeping area has a king bed, flat screen TV and a chest of drawers. The living area has a small table, a desk and mini-bar with a microwave and compact refrigerator. The bathroom has a double vanity and separate shower and soaking tub. French doors in the sleeping area open to a private patio which is just steps from a community pool and hot tub. Enjoy southern and western views of the Santa Rosa mountains and the beautifully landscaped grounds of La Quinta Resort, a Waldorf Astoria property. The unit is only a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops and it is only steps to the spa. Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa services on a fee basis. The property is a privately owned residence and guests staying in the condo do not have access to hotel services. The property can be combined with SV104 (Single Story One Bedroom Villa Next to Spa La Quinta) to create a spacious two bedroom single story unit with two master suites (subject to availability).

Guests enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the townhomes are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area. Multiple dining options, a variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's CareerBuilder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
