Bring your family and friends to beautiful Orange Beach condo #154! This complex is right on the beach. Situated between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Very convenient to everything. Clean and comfortable 2nd floor condo ( the heated pool level ) with indirect beach view from the balcony. FREE WiFi. 2 bedrooms, with queen size memory foam in master room, 2 large single beds in guest room, and 2 full baths. Full pull out sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6. Approximately 1000 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV's, DVD players, washer and dryer combo.
Complex Amenities: 3 outdoor pools (one heated), tennis courts, children's pool. Seasonal beach service and snack bar available. Sun lounging patio area with lounge chairs on the second level. picnic tables situated in several locations. For the grill enthusiast, public grills are available for your convenience. Onsite security and covered parking make this a safe and relaxing property!
Parking passes are purchased at the gate when you arrive. Priced at approximately $48 each and cover the entire duration of your stay.

The host sent in a realtor with less than 3 hour notice to have a look around without permission. Sent photos of how property looked upon arrival was told she would come by after she got back in town to clean up what appeared to be blood and never let me know when she was back.

Condo was a little outdated and worn. The one issue we had (ceiling fan) was fixed within a day. Brandy was very attentive and communications between the host and I were great. We will be going back!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great -- right on a beautiful beach and close to Gulf State Park walking/biking trails. But there are a couple of caveats: if you are not an early riser, you may be woken up by the light coming through the loosely woven blinds in the master bedroom (and by the complex lights shining through at night). Also if you are sound sensitive (like me), you may not sleep as soundly since there is a ledge with HVAC units just below the first floor master bedroom and living area that keep going on and off throughout the day and night. That didn't bother my partner but I am more susceptible to noise changes.

Great place to stay, easy acces to the beach and 4 pools. Entrance to the beach and lower level pools floods during a rain storm, but not to bad to deal with.

We come to orange beach every year for a cheer competition, and we always stay at sugar beach. Most units are affordable, we enjoy the heated pool, and the beach isn’t too crowded. However, this condo needs some tlc. This property was clean on the surface, but is really in need of a deep cleaning. The master bedroom sheets were threadbare and had a terrible amount of pilling. Also, the rattan type curtain in the master bedroom allowed a lot of light in all night. The lights on the exterior of the property stream right into the bedroom. The perks are that the ac runs COLD and the property manager is easy to get in touch with.

It was exactly as advertised. I recommend. Lots of room and comfort, direct access to the beach, clean, always safe. The people in Gulf Shores / Orange Beach are the friendliest ever!

Best time ever

We absolutely love coming to orange beach Alabama and have been coming for a few years now every 4th of July week and we will be coming back again. This was perfect just for my husband and I.

Adequate is what comes to mind. Nothing too bad, nothing great except location. Close to beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Double bed not comfortable. Kitchen tiny. God forbid you need to open the refrigerator if anyone else is in the kitchen. It is NOT ocean view unless you lean over the railing and crane your neck. Pic on website taken from deck in between the rooms. Older, more run down than in pics. NO paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, salt & pepper or coffee. No shampoo, soap, etc. Not your normal VRBO with at least INITIAL supplies. Toilets are like kindergarten toilets at preschool (I’m a elementary teacher - I’m serious) - tiny and incredibly low. Tiny shower off main bedroom. So small I got water in my ear because could not adjust shower head. TINY recliner that didn’t truly recline. We are not big people. We are normal size people. Host did communicate instructions well and WARNED there were no supplies RIGHT BEFORE we arrived. Said stores were out but we had NO difficulty buying our own. Should just say “bring your own toilet paper, etc”. Again, we stay at VRBO all the time. Not a normal experience. We understand if you stay for a week you may need some extra supplies but this was TOO MUCH! Unless the price was significantly lowered, I would not waste my money again. It was nice to have multiple pools and garage guards we’re nice and welcoming. Slow, hot elevators. Really run down looking hallways. ADEQUATE is all that comes to mind. Roof over our head.

Right On The Beach

Very short walk from the room to the beach. 3 pools. Short drive to restaurants, shopping and the State Park Pier. Room was clean and comfortable.

Close access to the beach

Loved having one flight of stairs to go up and was very close to beach and pool. Condo could use some updating, but we would stay there again.

Alabama vacation

The location was great, with an easy access to the beach. Very nice to have a washer dryer in the unit. The back bathroom has a very tiny shower, difficult for grown man.

Great Getaway!

The property is just as described, conveniently located on the beach side of the Highway. Sugar Beach condos are great-smaller property and well-maintained with super friendly staff. The unit is also clean, well-maintained and affordable-perfect for our family of 4 to spend our vacation! The owner was communicative , friendly and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The beach access is super convenient! The view from the deck is breathtaking! Staff are continuously up keeping the property grounds. Staff were helpful!

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo was enjoyable to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishware. Even though the condo was dated and could use some updated decor we had fun and enjoyed our time there.
