Carol was very timely responsive to all of our questions. We found the condo was exactly as described. The kitchen and appliances were well appointed. Everything we needed was available. Loved having the full size washer and dryer available if needed. The condo was clean, well organized and ready for our stay. It's location was to restaurants, food, shops and other activities was perfect!The view was beyond amazing from sunrise to sunset! Early morning and evening walks were perfect. The property was maintained and the beach was cleaned daily. The host had 2 beach chairs in the condo for use, additional chairs and umbrellas were available for rent on the beach. The rented chairs and umbrellas by 7:00 am ready for use.We had an amazing vacation and would stay here again. We miss watching the sunrise with our coffee on the balcony each morning.Thanks Carol!

This is our favorite unit ever. Very well kept and up to date. Easy access to the owner who wants your stay to be the best it can be. Everything is exactly as pictured and you feel like you can reach out and touch the ocean.

The pictures are exactly what you see from the condo. The location was perfect to shopping, restaurants, bars, and walking piers. Carol was very accommodating. You will not be disappointed staying here. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful condo.It is clean. The furniture, furnishings, and decorating touches are all first class, tasteful and very well done.The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need on a vacation trip.Carol, the property owner/manager had all the information we needed in our hands when we needed to have it. In the VRBO world, it doesn't get any better than that.We have now stayed at four different units in the One Ocean Place complex. When we come back, we'll be reserving this one.

Wonderful stay
Great stay for 2 weeks, watching sunrises and then snow on the beach would love to come back next year.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Loved sitting in the chairs by the window and reading and enjoying the ocean. Had a mild issue with the AC which was addressed and fixed in record time. Would definitely stay here again.

We have owed condos in Myrtle beach for over 12 years. So excited to finally own in One Ocean place. My family has owned units here for over 15 years. It's difficult to get a condo here-The inventory in this building, is low if any at all. This now allows us to spend quality time together.
