We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was well equipped and access to beach was extremely easy for our elderly mom.We had a very small hiccup at the beginning, but the owners were extremely prompt in resolving it. We loved our experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The view was certainly the best you could ask for. Location between Surfside and Garden City allowed for the best of both worlds- able to walk to either pier (1.5 miles one way).The condo provided everything we needed.Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!!

Tony was great with communication and answering questions beforehand. The check in process was seamless and easy. Having the code and MyQ Guest pass made getting in and out of all the gates so easy. There were also two pass cards in the condo to get through the gates, but we opted to use our phones. I had read that one guest mentioned that there weren’t hairdryers. Tony must have remedied this as there was a hairdryer in each bathroom during our stay. There are also some beach chairs and beach toys available, though we didn’t use them. What I loved the most inside - the small vacuum in the hall closet!! Even though we cleaned our shoes, feet, bodies, toys, etc. before coming in, we still tracked in some sand. Having the vacuum made it so easy and convenient to do a quick vacuum a few times during the week! What I loved the most overall - the views from the balcony. We were blessed to observe the strawberry moon during a stay! It was beautiful! Thank you again, Tony, for sharing your beach home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. The view was beautiful, and the space was cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again.

Great condo! Great host! Great location! We enjoy staying at this condo. Love being within walking distance to each of the 2 piers. So much to enjoy. Stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Beach Condo
Jane and Tony are great owners. Very responsive on short notice stay. Not a glitch! Very secure and Roger does a great job. Will stay here again.

Short getaway
Short getaway with family. Loved the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Nice condo upgrades to flooring and master bath. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Beach was beautiful. Saw porpoise everyday from our windows. Only thing missing was a hair dryer. Host was great. We never used the hot tub. Colder time of year. Kitchen had everything you could use although we didn’t cook much. I would come to this condo again.
