Great

Location to the beach club was super convenient! Living area was comfortable and clean. We looked forward to breakfast on the deck every morning. Our kids even enjoyed the board games that were provided during our downtime. Beds were comfortable. We hope to be back. Our only complaint was waiting until 4pm to access the house after landing at 10am with kids. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property and Location

Could not have asked for better. The property itself is so clean and well maintained. We loved the proximity to the beach club. Already looking for a return visit.

Perfect Spot to Enjoy Watercolor

The property was a perfect location for our family beach trip to Watercolor. We took our 17 month old daughter and found it was plenty of space for us all to enjoy and relax. All Watercolor amenities are within walking distance. The management company made it very easy to gain access and very easy checkout. Cant wait to come back!

Great Location in Beautiful Watercolor

The location was great! You only have to walk a short distance to the beach access where they have towels for your use. They also just opened a new pool near the beach access entry. It was a great way to end our day at the beach. The condo itself was clean and cozy for our family of 8. There was an issue with the AC, but management came out within the hour and fixed the problem. We would definitely stay here again.

March 2020 Stay

We LOVED our stay at WaterColor "Fla-Mingo" property. The house was perfect for our party, 2 adults, 3 children. Plenty of outdoor seating options. Location was convenient to all things Watercolor and Seaside. We loved having access to all the Water Color amenities. Parking on the property was so convenient. The house for us was fully appointed. Check-in and Check-out was easy peasy. Although we visited during the coronavirus scare, it did not damper our stay, and we were able to practice social distancing.

Amazing home and location

This house was the best location, just a couple of blocks from the beach house. It was in walking distance to shops also. The house was clean and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Our only problem was that I submitted 4 wristbands to use for entering the beach club private beach access and pools and when we arrived they only gave us two! It was such a hassle to try and get two more and took away a full day at the beach for us. After traveling by plane to get to the beach it was pretty upsetting. Otherwise everything was great.

Not Comfortable

The property was mediocre. New comfortable couches and rugs would make it much more inviting. The furniture in the living room is old and dingy and the bar stools are too uncomfortable to sit. The bedrooms are better, but the Downstairs porch needs new cushions.

Great location, perfect size for 2-4 people. Furniture needs updating. 3 outside porches but we couldn't use any because furniture was either too uncomfortable or old, mildewed cushions. Inside furniture all hard surfaced except for sofa and loveseat. Air seems to be a problem, freezing downstairs if comfortable upstairs.

Charming Townhouse

We enjoyed our10 days here very much! Location was outstanding! We stayed with our family of four, two small kids 9 and 5. The layout might have been tricky with two families with young children, because one set of bunks was upstairs and the remaining rooms were down. The porch overlooking the park was wonderful with a big porch swing, though it's only accessible through the primary bedroom or from the outside screen door. Two additional porches upstairs were also great. The kitchen, dining and living spaces were great, with an open plan layout and beachy furnishings. There were plenty of clean linens in each bathroom. The toilet in the 1/2 bath upstairs had a broken toilet seat but we never used that bathroom so it didn't affect us. There was also a water leak issue next door which required plumbers to have access to our rental one morning. it set us back only slightly for our day plans. They were kind and did their best to be quick. Seaside was 5-10 minutes by bike and you can't beat the access to the beach club. It was a great time! Overall we were happy with the property and would stay here again. The bikes that came with the rental (belong to property management possibly?) were difficult to drive. I would recommend bringing your own if its possible. Our first door code didn't work to check in (and since it's after 5 check in they were closed when we arrived) but the management company returned our call within 15minutes.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! Overall B+. The A/C was broken upon arrival- but fixed the same evening. The rental was extremely close to the pool/beach/restaurants! Bikes were available And used! Kind of hard communicating w 360. Nobody answered option 2 but did answer option 1 to make new reservation. Turn-around time was close to 8 hours for response. We finally got our new coffee maker and fourth pool pass on our last day ( called on day one- out of 4 days). Floors need to be cleaned- not just vacuumed—we all had black feet) on a daily basis. Great stay, great location!

We loved this little getaway. Everything was super clean and the condo location was exactly wanted. Great access to Watercolor Beach Club and the beach! Could walk or bike. We did have a problem with the upstairs AC while there but the management company were prompt to address it. Also, the bunk beds are not for full size people so it was a little tight for our teens but it still worked out fine. Though the bunk beds would be better suited for children.

Nice home across from the park

This home is conveniently located on Watercolor Blvd. Close to everything. Across from the park where we enjoyed walking each day along with viewing from the balcony. Great place.

We love Fla-Minho and have stayed there several times. Fabulous location in Watercolor. The only 2 issues I would note for the owner is that the upstairs AC had to be repaired during our stay, and the repairman thought the unit was on its last legs. Other thought is we initially felt like the move of the bunks upstairs from the downstairs hall was genius.....until our grandkids (8 and 9) were afraid to sleep up there by themselves!

We loved the location and having 3 extra bikes to get us to wonderful Camp Watercolor. The house had a couple of issues: there was black mold on outside of the upstairs door, the downstairs porch was dirty, and the smaller front bedroom’s bathroom’s shower curtain had pink discoloration which looked like mildew. The larger bedroom’s shower had a few dark moldy spots. I will include pictures. We plan on returning but not to this particular house even though we love that street. Next summer we’ll probably have a larger group and need a larger home. The Beach Club wonderful. This was our third visit to Wstercolor, and we enjoy it very much!

Mother’s Day get away! Fun for our family of 3, easy access to beach & activities. Biked to coffee in Seaside each day, short walk to great pizza & wine bar. Loved the porches - even in the rain!

This house was very nice and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend the house! We got a $100 parking ticket for not writing our name and date on the parking pass, which was properly displayed in the proper parking spot, so we are very unhappy with watercolor community association right now.
