The golf cart available for guests to rent is located at the home and makes getting around 30A more enjoyable! We're thrilled you and your family enjoyed our home and your stay. In response to your punch list, we promptly arranged for a maintenance team member to visit the home and address the reported issues. During the visit, our team member walked the home with your spouse to ensure all items were addressed. All blinds were found to be in working order except for one, which was replaced; only one light bulb was out in the kitchen and was replaced; additional tape was applied to secure the rug, and the mildew on the bathroom ceiling was cleaned and treated. We apologize for any confusion regarding the beach service; as noted on our website, Southern Dunes does not include complimentary beach service, and we always encourage guests to review the property-specific details to ensure the home meets their expectations. We genuinely feel that we went above and beyond to address the items you brought to our attention, while being mindful not to intrude on your extended stay. We regret that these issues affected your experience, and we sincerely wish you the best in finding the perfect home for your future visits.
