This 1752 square house has private fenced in yard has 2 mature fruit trees (Lemon tree and grapefruit) and now an orange tree, fire pit and a covered patio space great for grilling..

The house has 2bds/2baths, with King size bed in master and Queen size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private exit to the patio, master bath has walk-in shower and enjoy watching the 55 inch TV in the comfort of your bed.

The 2nd spacious bedroom has a large closet and the 2nd bathroom is right next door.

The living room has queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests, a 65' TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu and HBO, along with cox cable and the house is equipped with Panoramic WIFI.

House is also equipped with Amazon Alexa, you can ask her recipes, to set timers, pay music and so much more!

The spacious dining room located right off the kitchen is the perfect spot to have friends over for dinner. We purchased this property in December 2017.

Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances and comforts of home or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 8 comfortably at the dining room table.

Westbrook Village is a 40+ plus community with two Championship Golf Courses and two Rec Centers featuring Olympic size swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, Library and restaurants. Secure RV parking is available.

60 day memberships are available.**

Just 5 minutes from the 101 Loop, restaurants, shopping and the Peoria Sports Complex - Spring training site for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. You're are also about 20 minutes from the Glendale Arena - home of the Phoenix Coyotes and the nearby University of Phoenix Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is beautiful, recently updated, and beautifully decorated. It is also clean as can be! We enjoyed the fruit tree in the backyard and the hummingbirds. Also loved to sit by the fire table in the evenings! Tricia was very helpful and great to rent from! I would not hesitate to stay there again! We highly recommend this home!

Amazing Stay

Out of all the VRBO rentals I have stayed at, this one was by far the best! From the moment I walked into the home, I felt welcome, and valued as a guest. The house smelled wonderful, Alexa was playing music… Then, I noticed all the extras the host left for me, such as a bottle of wine, chocolates, soaps, a great variety of spices… basically everything I needed! The grapefruit tree in the oasis of a backyard was an extra treat; the smell of citrus, the countless birds and butterflies that visited during the day (many hummingbirds!). I had a delicious grapefruit almost every morning with breakfast. The communication with the host was excellent! I 100% recommended this home, had a lovely stay. Thank you Trish!

The home has been updated is well furnished and very comfortable. The owners are local and were very responsive. We had a great stay at the property.

Lovely, comfortable home with great amenities

The house had some improvements since the photos were taken with lovely plantation shutters. The kitchen, bath and laundry were fully supplied so no need to rush out for the basics. Communication with the owner was easy over text and quick responses. The use of the community recreation facilities requires a bit of administrative work, a small cost for ID cards, but well worth it. A great pet friendly rental.

Wonderful trip great house

Everything at this house was absolutely impeccable. They went out of their way to leave lots of extras. I was absolutely pleased with how everything went and hope to stay at this property or another one of the same owners when we return. We come to Phoenix quite often because we have family here. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable and easy.

Comfortable

Perfect place for my parents and me to stay while visiting family. We were able to relax in the evenings after busy days. We bought and made breakfast every day and sometimes went to the table outside if it wasn’t too hot. (August visit) I would stay here every visit if it is available.

Always a great and relaxing stay!

We've stayed at multiple properties owned by Trish and the accomodations are consistently impeccable. The home is fully stocked w! ith cooking supplies and even chocolates and wine! Any questions we had were promptly answered and addressed. Seems like other people agree with how great the home is since it seems to always be booked!

Love the citrus!

Nice house. We loved picking fresh lemons and grapefruits off of the trees. Owners have everything you need.

Best Property We Have Ever Rented!

I can't say enough good things about this property. The owners were fantastic and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We hated to leave.

Great stay in the West Valley

We loved this home, very spacious, newly renovated and super clean. No issues with anything while we were there and a great outdoor space to relax in the morning or evening. Near lots of good restaurants. I highly recommend this home.

We love this place - the secret must be out!

This was our second stay here and it was just what we needed. We were thrilled to have found this place and also thrilled to see that it was very well furnished and extremely clean. It is close to everything - golf, shopping, hiking. My husband enjoyed golfing at Westbrook Village and I enjoyed going for runs around the neighborhood. The secret must be out on this gem because it has booked up quickly!

Just what we needed. 2020 & 21 was both hard and wonderful, and we just needed to get away to somewhere quiet. This property and it's location was just what we needed. Close to stores and golf courses, access to everything was really easy. Make sure you check all cabinets before you go shopping, you will find petty much what you need. We were tired when we arrived, took a quick glance and headed to the store, only to buy what was already there. Trisha (owner) was great to work with and responded immediately to any questions or request we had.

Great house for rest and enjoying the weather.

Pandemic New Year

The space was absolutely wonderful! It definitely accommodated my family comfortably and provided us a safe way to be together and bring in the New Year. The outside space with the fire pit and grill added a different dimension; along with the Hummingbirds feeding. Fabulous

We are avid travelers, when we are not traveling we live only 5 minutes from this property. We have 3 cats (much to my husbands dismay), and love pets. We knew that if we had a property it must be pet friendly as we appreciate that your animals are family not just a pet. Recently acquired my Realtor license as well (Tricia)

We looked for years for the perfect vacation rental, when we found Westbrook Village we knew we found it. The neighbors are amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The amenities are amazing, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, library, gym pool tables, tennis courts and 2 restaurants on site!
