Fantastic Home in Perfect Location - 2 Master Suites

Nothing has been overlooked in this beautiful home that is professionally decorated and offers 2 master suites, each with it's own private bathroom. Each suite is complete with the finest linens and plush queen mattresses for your ultimate comfort. There is a queen mattress that can be set up for two additional people. Home has wood burning fireplace, granite counter tops and beautiful tiled baths. Equipped with cable television and has a 42' HDTV flat panel television in the living room and 32' HDTV flat panel television in each bedroom. High speed wireless internet is provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 6. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private yard, and two private patios. One patio is covered with seating and one is open with a gas grill and seating, great for entertaining and sun bathing. The community pool is just around the corner and is open from April 1 to October 31st. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 Star golf course within 20 minutes. We've covered all the details so you can enjoy your stay and feel at home.

What a great stay! It is convenient to everything, it’s clean and comfortable, and it certainly beats staying at a hotel! The price was reasonable and the host was very detailed in communicating everything we needed to know about check-in, important things to know about the house, and check-out. We would definitely recommend staying here to friends, family, and anyone else who is looking for a great place to stay in Peoria, AZ!

Lovely home in great location.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely like to stay here again during our next trip to Peoria!

This home is very nice, the 2 suites makes it very comfortable for 2 couples to share or even use as a separate kid room. The garage is very clean and spacious enough for 2 vehicles. Very quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping. 10min from Glendale and very close to Statefarm stadium!

QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD

My experience with this vacation rental was great! The home was spotless and had good A/C. The Host, Kim Fletcher, responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely use this vacation rental again.

Awesome stay

The property was excellent, clean and very nice decorated. Close to restaurants, grocery store, bakery. Loved the neighborhood and the pool was very nice. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The home was as Pictured. A perfect location for us. We were disappointed we ended purchasing our own toilet paper and paper towels. No staples in the kitchen.

Hi Jo, I’m so glad you enjoyed the home and found it just as advertised. It’s wonderful to know the location worked out perfectly for you. I do apologize that you needed to purchase additional toilet paper/paper towels. We always leave a good supply under the sink for our guests. However, for long-term stays, it can be challenging to anticipate the quantity and have space for it. Our goal is to provide a starter amount to get you settled comfortably for a couple of weeks. For safety and sanitation reasons, we’re unable to provide shared spices and condiments. This policy was implemented following COVID to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and care for all of our guests. Thank you again for choosing my home—it truly means a lot. Kim
