This is not just a rental, but our home away from home! We are not interested in renting to college kids & do NOT allow large parties or groups larger than 8. You must be 25 to rent and present at unit during duration of stay. We have someone local on call 24/7 if an issue arises for you or us....it will be taken care of in a timely manner!
